The hookah was of the wrong model, the packaging was broken, the hose seemed like it was used and they do not reply to their emails.

I’ve been waiting for a month to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, they had sent the wrong items. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.

Poor packaging with leaks :/

Does not come with the original package. Also a very long delivery time.

UPDATE after 70 days: After more than 70 days the ECC managed to get the company to send the money back for the missing product. During the process when collecting evidence I also noticed that I did not get the same products that I ordered. Not the correct bowl or the correct coal lighter/hotplate when compairing the pictures, the brand names and what I actually got.
To reach the ECC from any EU country you can do a search for: contact-your-local-ecc
and you should find the international homepage and linct to regional helpcenters. Trust pilot will not allow a direct link.

This company is in my opinion actively scamming the customers. I hope that authorities get this under control.

Revised my review after approximately 30 days. They never returned the money for the missing item. They simply stopped answering emails. I have contacted the ECC in order to highlight this company. I do not recomend trading with this company.

The relatively low score is because of the horrible packaging and general feeling of bad customer service. The products were put in an empty cardboard box with no padding at all, so everything was just loose and tumbling around in the box. The box was damaged by the carrier. By a miracle nothing had broken, despite there beeing a bolt sticking out through the internal box of the hotplate I bought. The ceramic bowl and the heat regulation device survived. None of the Tobaco came in a package, all of the types were in zip-lock bags, so I have no idea if the were actually from the real manufacturer. They seem good though, so I guess they are allright. HD-Shisha tells you that they might re-pack tobaco if the quantity you ordered are out of stock. All three of the tobacos I bought were not avaliable in the 50 g quantity.
Also, not all things I ordered were in stock, so you can't trust the homepage to show accurate stock.
I have not recieved a refund for the things that were not delivered. I guess I have to send an email and fix that my self.

Tobbaco wasn't packed air tight, smell and liquid were leaking.

The packaging is extremely bad.
They put the tobacco in a plastic bags or not carefully closed plastic cubes.
I received the order with one cube broken inside the package and when I contacted the store they told me it's transportation company issue even though the outside package was perfect.
I'll never buy anything from them again.

They are not helpful as they should be, and when the order is placed and they get the money, they no longer care about the customer or their order.

Ordered stuff, which i was then contacted was out of stock. I could still buy it over the website tho.. No indication of no stock given.

Several attempts to contact were made from my side, all failed due to hdshisha not answering to tickets, to e-mails and not answering on phone..

Money was charged, order was then canceled after i asked for a cancellation of the whole thing.
Ticket wasn't replied to. Neither was the e-mail! We'll wait a few days for the money to be transfered back, if that doesn't happen we'll have to contact our attorney - We're talking about more than just a pack of cigarettes here.

Absolutely terrible -

I get Tobacco in unoriginal broken plastic box. Just written by hand what is inside.

I never received my package and when I reached out for help, there was poor response and no help! Stay away.

Nothing that i ordered was right, wrong flavour on all three items.

Absolutely poor quality and disrespectful service.. I ordered 2 boxes of Al-Fakher tobak. HD Shisha send me loose tobak in a plastic tomato box held together with HD-Shisha tape and a hand written label stating “double green” and the second package was tobak stuffed in cling film and put in a plastic resealable bag with molasses leaking everywhere and a hand written label stating “Big blue green”. I am returning the order and expect a full refund.. I will never order from HD-Shisha again… and will never recommend this company to anyone.. KM

I order elektrisk koltändare in this store So I recieve my delivery and it isn't work. I try to call seller, write them in the watsapp and email, they ignoring me. I throw away it, money for nothing.

they sent me a hookah that was totally not as described.
i got pieces that doesnt go together besides som missing parts
they didnt want to send me a return label and said that i have to return it on my own cost until they can inspect it
after that they just refused to admit that i got the wrong parts but somehow they still admit that parts are missing and they will just send me a new hookah after i already payed for almost two of them(considering the return cost) that i never got back from them.
I have documented everything, pictures, videos, emails.
read carefully before you order anything from here

Great service - they didn’t have my shisha tobacco in stock but kept me informed continuously about its delivery.
