I will never ever book through this company again. Our family including 3 small children arrived at an apartment late at night to check in only to find that the pool had been dug up and several apartments were being built around it. We couldn’t even enter the property at first as the outside was flooded! We were then taken to a different entrance to the building and climbed several flights of stairs up and down (with cases)
at midnight as the lady checking us in could not find the correct apartment. We were not made aware of any building work or the fact there was NO pool pre or post booking. Our holiday was ruined. We were being woken up very early in the morning to loud building work going on outside and the complex was just not safe with children. We were staying on a building site. The balcony door to our kids bedroom would not lock and we had no hot water! It was a complete and utter disaster, our dreams of a lovely, enjoyable family holiday was ruined. The customer service was mediocre, they found us no other alternative suitable accommodation for our family to move to during our stay, infact they actually tried to move us to another apartment (with a pool), however when I walked 30minutes with the kids to check it out (as I just didn’t trust hdproperties at this stage) the beach right outside the apartment was dug up and there was loud noises from building machinery doing work on the beach. Are they serious, they just have no consideration for their customers. Both apartments are still online being advertised as beautiful pool/sea view properties with no mention of ongoing building work etc even though they are fully aware. Beware!

Let's talk about HD Property Group! Since becoming the managing agents at the complex where I live, there has been a tremendous amount of change...change for the better? Hardly, spare change left over from the money they don't use? Certainly heaps!

The gardening service at a stage stopped...only to be begrudgingly resumed to a standard I think a house-fly with a shovel could match. Potentially exceed if you find a particularly motivated housefly!

Let's talk about those housefly's though! Our complex is full of them. Which makes sense, as HD Property Group believes the most efficient way of managing trash in our complex is stacking all the bins 10 deep, and leaving their lids open, everybody loves the smell of rotting trash in the morning? Right? If you disagree, well...I'll have a housefly come and convince you otherwise.

Someone else mentioned their lack of ability in managing noise, I'd hope the cacophony of barking dogs surrounding me would be managed, but alas...not with this (HD Property) group.

I know this review will do nothing to improve their service, and that's fine...I don't believe they know how to deliver any service, much like our government. I do however, hope that someone deciding on a managing agent checks these reviews, and I plead with them - to reconsider...choose anyone else. As they all will do better than this...[insert any colorful adjective of your choice] group.

In fact, I have a housefly I could recommend...
