This company is fantastic! Great time frame for delivery and the customer service is second to none! When I say you want to even ask a question or have a query not even 5 min and you have an answer..want a bed use this company!

Best customer service I have received from an online store EVER! The seller contacted me straight after I ordered and helped me with my delivery requirements, the bed turned up on time and whilst assembling, I also got assistance as the instructions were a bit sparse. He phoned immediately when I ran into a slight problem and sent me a link to a YouTube video to help. On top of the customer service the bed is of great quality and at a very good price . Can’t recommend more highly, service such as this is so rare to find !!

Great communication. Great delivery of bed (arrived on the day and time slot stated) and bed absolutely fantastic. No instructions given on bed assembly but none needed as very straight forward. Thank you HDBeds for your quick delivery and trouble free transaction. Would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery time which was fantastic, the guys arrived at the expected time and were very efficient and respectful of my home. The quality and price was amazing, would definitely and have recommended to friends and family. My only little negative was that I had to dispose of all the wrapping which was left on my landing, normally this wouldn’t phase me but being on crutches at the time was difficult and painful.

Extremely happy with my purchase, the quality of my bed and the price were exceptional. I changed my order twice, the colour of material and from slats to an ottoman, nothing was too much trouble.
From my initial order to delivery was about 10 days. They have a great range of choice as well.. I can’t recommend this company high enough!!

Fast delivery, just the delivery driver they would charge £20 cash to take bed and mattress upstairs, felt this wasn't a company charge and the lads were just trying to pull a fast one

Absolutely fantastic bed company…I can’t rate them more highly. We ordered a made to measure bed and silly us didn’t measure the stair space so our original headboard couldn’t get up our stairs! The company went above and beyond to rectify our mistake and in just over a week we had our headboard collected and taken a few inches down so it could fit up our stair space. The bed itself is beautiful…a real centre piece in our bedroom. Everything from delivery time, communication, and quality enabled a fantastic experience and I’m so impressed and grateful. Thank you so much 😊

Excellent value for money, very easy to assemble, it’s very heavy which is the only disappointment the delivery guys wouldn’t take it to the bedroom, however I’m really delighted with my purchase.

I order my bed on Monday and arrived it Thursday. They texted me shortly after ordering, confirming when my order would arrive and was given a time slot the day before. I'm very happy with my purchase too. It looks great is great quality. They also replied within minutes to an enquiry I had about my order.
