The best bed so comfy best night sleeps it’s gorgeous and the delivery was very good

Contacted HD Beds on 25/10 after being messed around by another company — we needed a bed with a custom-sized headboard delivered by 31/10. HD Beds responded immediately, sent over pictures and videos of the style we wanted, took our requirements, and confirmed they could meet the deadline.

We received the bed on 30/10, and it’s top quality — exactly what we wanted. There was a small issue with delivery as part of the bed was missed, but the drivers returned the next day to complete assembly. HD Beds were on it straight away once we let them know, especially given our tight timescale.

Highly recommend this company — great quality beds, friendly and responsive service, and genuinely committed to delivering on their promises and an all round great service.

Absolutely fantastic!
I’d ordered with another company initially, we wanted a high headboard in one piece rather than two halves, I requested this at the time of ordering, the other company got in touch over a week later and stated it wasn’t possible.
I then found HD Beds, I had some queries on colours when browsing the website, got instant replies via WhatsApp late at night. They confirmed they could do a 90 inch headboard in one solid piece and purely just checked it would fit up ours stairs. I got round to ordering a week later (never enough hours in the day), I ordered after 10pm on Tuesday and it was delivered Thursday morning, unbelievable and just what we needed as we’ve been trying to finish a bedroom off before having our first baby next week.

The bed was delivered yesterday and looks like it will be amazing! I’ve not built it yet as I’ve been busy but I’m as excited as a 5 year old on Christmas morning!! I’ll update my review in a couple of days!!

Easy to order

Beautiful bed, arrived quickly, I've had updates regularly. The guys delivering it were great and extra helpful. They even carried the very heavy headboard upstairs for us. Brilliant price for a great quality bed.

Excellent customer service from Rash. Even before I placed the order and had a ton of questions. He was super efficient and the bed was delivered and installed as promised within 5 days. Takes a lot to impress me but super impressed with this customer service. Bed is brilliant and great quality

Ordered the ottoman tulip sleigh bed with the floor boards. They said that it would be delivered today. They kept in touch all the time and sent me a time slot yesterday for today. They called to let me know that they were a half our away and then again when they arrived. The delivery team were excellent and brought the bed directly into the bedroom. The bed itself was put together by myself and my grand daughter and the results I think speak for themselve. The bed looks great. When it comes to communication these guys have got it right. The bed itself is exactly what was promised and all excellent quality. If your looking for a new bed with excellent customer service, excellent products for a great price.
