It is now almost 2 years since I started working with the agency.
I would like to mention that Alisha was a very professional person who is not only organising things efficiently and properly, but also she always listen to your needs to find the best offer for you and never offer anything does you don’t like or not suitable.

The team is reachable and ready to help. I always sent my shifts availability and booked when shifts comes out. My consultants Nadeem and Karan tries their best to book me shifts according to my availability I give them or sometimes they book me even before I reach into them. Karan is my consultant and has been a great addition to the agency. I have been with this agency for sometime now and generally can’t fault them. There are proactive with my shifts. Open and straight with me when things are slow and their rates are the same across board for every nurse. I would highly recommend them to any nurse looking to work with them.

I have had a great experience working with this agency I would like to thank Niyaz who was my first consultant, and the OOH staff, who have been helping me though I have not been getting shifts for a while regardless of calling every day. I give 5 stars to Yuthika Peters who has been great in keeping my file up to date as my complaint,, I called her recently with my concern as I was not getting shifts because I didn't know who to turn to. she has been a great help I wish to continue working with HCL but I don't get work only work less than 10 hours a week most of the time since September

Generally recommend to stay well away if you're not in the market for being stolen from or wasting countless hours contacting the HMRC. The company itself was rather effective in finding you work, however once it is found, you are soon ignored and directed to their umbrella companies; who are experts at cleverly concealing dodgy activities, funded by your salary. After hours of calls, emails, and letters, to all parties involved, including pursuit from the HMRC themselves, I am still yet to find any success or hope of getting my money back. HCL seem to have also disappeared and not contacted me since I began inquiries in October. So again, if you feel like keeping your hard earned money, legitimately paying appropriate taxes, and spending your time not chasing dodgy companies; please, please stay away!
