Good people to deal with
We've been a customer now through two phone systems. The most recent transfer to an internet-based system was pretty smooth. The offer was clear, the price was right, the process without too many hiccoughs. Best thing is the people who are knowledgeable and friendly.

The best in Coventry
I have used HBT Communications since the day i started my own business in Coventry 2 years ago and i can speak more highly of them. The service is outstanding and everyone in the team is so friendly and helpful. I would be lost without the support of HBT.

We have previously used a cheaper alternative solution but never received the customer service we have had with HBT. Remarkable company who have a great customer service and more importantly have been able to resolve the issue almost straightaway. Would definitely recommend. The engineers know their stuff. A1 !
