If I could give this company negative …

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I placed a order in April it's now the middle of June and I still have no received my order. 4 weeks delivery time we are way past that. I email with a generic email sent back stating it's shipping. One email even has my name wrong as someone else's. When you call they are unavailable and ask you to email for a faster response. I would recommend these products to anyone. Take your money else where!!!!!!

I ordered a product 6 weeks ago.

I followed up and received this email:

We do apologize for the long wait. As per checking here, your package has been shipped already. You can expect it to arrive at your door soon. If your tracking information is not yet available, it is because the carrier in your area has not yet received your items & your order is still in transit. Once your carrier receives your order, your information will populate upon entering your tracking number.

Kindly note that there are many factors that may affect delivery times such as delayed logistics and custom clearings, which are beyond our control as seller. Please patiently wait for your item.

No worries. We will do a follow up with regards to this matter.

There was no follow up for 5 days.

I then wrote yesterday:
ello,
I ordered this product 6 weeks ago. Last time I inquired you said it would arrive in 3-4 weeks.
Please let me know the issue. IF it is out of stock or in another country and you are unable to deliver please let me know.

They replied with:
Hi Rachael,

If your tracking information is not yet available, it is because the carrier in your area has not yet received your items & your order is still in transit. Once your carrier receives your order, your information will populate upon entering your tracking number. I have already sent a follow up to our warehouse to check what causes the "Item not Found" status on your tracking information and we will get back to you once we receive a response coming from them.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have NEVER dealt with a company that cannot get something shipped and a tracking number in 6 weeks..and then refuses to reverse the charges or give a specific understandable answer. There a several similar reviews from customers that NEVER received their product. I will contact my state's attorney's office on Monday, June 19th, for advice, if this is not resolved.

I am a customer here in Canada and I bought items with this company. I received the confirmation of my purchase that it was completed and that the items were in the way. I waited a month to follow up my order through emailing them. One person replied right away and said to me to wait patiently and that the order is in transit. She gave me a tracking number that gave me hope that I can atleast tract my order. I have emailed them again June 3rd to follow up because at this time still i did not received it. I used the tracking number they gave me and it's not showing up on any couriers system. I emailed them again and they haven't reply to me. I tried to call there customer service and it's always un available . Hazel Harper company please reply to my emails and let me know where my orders are, before I will start spreading that my bad experience with you.

No refund! Bad customer service.

I ordered the hard beads wax in Febuary and it is now June and i still have NOT got my stuff. I emailed them in may to let them know this, but all they had to say was that my item was in transit. I said ok i would wait a bit longer. I emailed them again last week telling them i still have NOT got my stuff and i wanted a refund. I emailed them 4 times since then and never got a reply or a refund. Very bad customer service. I would definitely not recommend anyone to order from this company.

I requested a refund before the …

I requested a refund before the purchase was shipped. They claim that a refund has been issued. It has been about 10 days since they claimed the refund was issued to my PayPal account. The refund has also not shown up on my credit card statement. I've already been in touch with their customer service department several times and sent a screenshot of my PayPal statement to prove no refund has been issued. Do not buy from them.

Don't waste your money or time

Don't waste your money or time. They won't send you your product. They will say it's shipped when it's not. Call 1-888-746-7439 and report them if you have not received your product even though they say your product has been "shipped". This is Shopify.com's phone number (the technology that these people use) and they will be sure to forward it to the appropriate people. Also request a chargeback on your card (from your bank if you used a debit card or your credit card) so you can get your money back. Also report their ads as misleading on Facebook so their ad account will be shut down. I tried SEVERAL times to be fair with these people but they want to play hardball so here we go.
