I’ve been with Haz Casino since 2020 and thought my loyalty actually mattered. Recently I deposited with a flashy “200% bonus.” No clear mention anywhere of a 40x wagering requirement. I played 8–10 hours before realizing I was only 4% through the hidden grind. Support told me it’s “not the casino’s job” to disclose wagering requirements it's on me to go digging.

Only after I complained did Haz fix the bonus page. So yes, it was misleading until a player got burned that player was me.

Their idea of “compensation”? $100 with a 20x wagering requirement. That’s not an apology, that’s just another trap. No max bet/withdrawal, sure, but it’s still a $2,000 playthrough disguised as goodwill.

For comparison: another casino I play at gave me $1,500 wager-free for my birthday. No tricks, no strings, no grind. That’s how you show loyalty. Haz’s version of loyalty is fake play money with fine print.

Bottom line: Haz only fixes issues when they’re caught, hides critical terms, and calls conditional bonuses “compensation.” Years of loyalty here were worth less than a real apology. I’ve cashed out and walked away and I’d strongly advise anyone considering Haz to do the same before they learn the hard way.

DON'T USE ANY BONUS!

I suggest strongly not to use any bonus while making a deposit. In my case I didn't use the bonus rounds, but since the bonus was indeed active whilst making the deposit, they removed 2/3 of my money from my account (winnings from the deposit made with a bonus code that gives 50 bonus rounds, but which was never played through). What's most important - THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THIS RULE WHILE I WAS MAKING THE DEPOSIT.

To find this information, you need to go to 'bonus terms' section yourself. My first experience with such nonsense and not a pleasant one. I have closed my account.

"A maximum cashout of 5 times the received deposit amount applies until the withdrawal request has been processed or winnings generated from mentioned bonus are part of players' balance. Due to the clause above we have modified your balance accordingly." - the reason for removing my money a day later from my account. Keep in mind that they didn't notify me when the 5 * limit was reached, they waited until next day.

Got suprised after reading all the bad reviews. Had some great wins on Haz and had all my cashouts in my account in 24h without problems. Really good casino imo

I'm not happy with the 1x wager requirement on all deposits and I didn't realize that their deposit bonus locks you out of most games for your total balance not just the bonus and I couldn't find an easy way to cancel the bonus. From my experience they are trustworthy with fair table games and I'll be using them again sometime in the future to hopefully to win more money.

Don't play on this site, takes forever to get withdrawals IF you win anything on this scam site.

Dont trust this casino. I have deposited money been charged from my card and now its 20th day and they said they havent receiced money.

The Casino site cant be trusted, I made a deposit and it is still pending after 2 days, it is with dreawed from my bank account, but no money at the site.
