Good Service, friendly and knowledgeable staff

Me and wife we absolutely love the brand new tayron we bought. Franz mayor was really helpful on purchasing on the tayron and he is very friendly and very knowledgeable on the product. I would highly recommend buying cars at hayselden vw they are very good cars to drive.

Haysleden Barnsley was a great dealership and run in a family friendly way. Sadly it's now closed but even though the dealership was being run down, the staff were great. Every aspect of ordering and picking up my car was a pleasure. The follow up call was a nice touch. Hope to use again

Good communication, great car and simply did what they said they would do without deviation.

When your is due for a service they send an email which has check availability option. On filling the information about your car, service required, the day and time of the required work and your contact details you receive an email confirming the details.
You then get contacted by Hayselden and they then inform you that the service cannot be performed on that day and then offer a date, in my case 3 weeks later.
This is because the online booking system does not integrate with their diary.
So, if it doesn't sync with their work schedule why on earth do they offer check availability as an option?
I had two emails with this option on.
So don't waste your time using this facility.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish purchasing my car couldnt have asked for a better service and the coffee and biscuits were a lovely added extra 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a skoda the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful

The young sales staff, particularly Alistair, were excellent, very informative, their product knowledge was extremely helpful in guiding us through the maze of choosing a suitable model. This was a motability purchase and as such can be more time consuming and possibly stressful for the staff, given the multitude of questions that need asking. The staff at Hayseldens were helpful and patient with me despite my constant pestering. Ive lost count of the times i called with my tape measure checking boot dimensions to see if my hoist and scooter would fit.
If this was an issue they never showed it. Im too old to be really tech savvy and they treat my phone calls and visits about things I cannot make work, or want to stop working with humor.
