Nice, pleaseant experience buying a new Superb from this dealership. Questions answered quickly whilst waiting for the production date of the car. Would definitely use again.

Quick hassle free service. None of the usual too and fro between sales rep and sale manager. We dealt with Alistair who provided a relaxed and welcoming service. From enquiring to picking up the vehicle communication has been good and made simpler by not having to battle for the best deal available. The only issue that let the service down was realising after we’d collected the car and driven home that the user manual, umbrella and tyre inflation kit had not been put back in the car. They’d been taken out while the car was in the show room. A quick phone call and it was all sorted. The rest of the sales team were also very helpful when contacted.

I would recommend Hayselden Skoda at Doncaster as the service I received was exceptional.

To top this off, I got a great car at a great price.

Had to use Hayselden ŠKODA as Dennis Horton at Lincoln refused to undertake the work on my car. What a refreshing change. They are efficient courteous and proactive. A massive difference to Dennis Horton at Lincoln. Skoda are great cars and I am really pleased with the Enyaq. Anyone in the Lincolnshire area I would recommend Hayselden Doncaster and would avoid Dennis Horton if you want good after sales service.

Great service from the minute I walked into the showroom . No pressure to buy but when I did decide to buy a new car they made the process very easy . Even on the collection of the vehicle they spent time going through all the controls and making sure I was happy.

Family friendly car dealership focused on the customer. VW had an limited time offer on their Electric Vehicles. We had just had to scrap our family car due to an non economic repair. Hayselden staff managed to turn the car around in a week to get us back on the road. the VW deal was complicated and the Hayselden staff needed to help us navigate the offer and had two vehicles that we could choose from. When we arrived to pick the car up there was a issue with VW side of the electronic paperwork. The Hayselden staff did everything they could to look after us and sort out the issue. The car hand over was excellent. I have driven electric cars and have another but they differ in how they work, for example how the brakes work and how to get them into park. Carl explained how the car works but also how he drives it and what settings he has found the best. This gives us a great starting point.

I have always been a fan of the Škoda brand, but I will not be returning to the Doncaster Škoda dealership. I regularly bring my vehicle there for servicing and even recommended that my dad purchase a Škoda as well. He currently drives a Skoda but is now looking for a smaller vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with the Sales Manager has been disappointing. He came across as arrogant and argumentative, belittling customers and disparaging competitors by claiming their warranties are not worth the paper they're written on, which I find to be slanderous.

As a result of this experience, I’ve decided I will no longer take my car back there, and I advised my dad to consider alternatives, such as the Ford Kuga. Congratulations to your Sales Manager; you've lost a loyal customer and a potential sale of £25,000.
