the WORST hiring company EVER EXPERIENCED!
The headhunter who noticed my resume on ads site was not professional: your cabinet has my updated profile,
she said after 20minutes on video talk that she can't hear me & said that she tried afterwards to call me on my old number from an old resume, as I sent her right after the video exchange, my right number.
Then, I received a call from her client HR whom I had to get some information about the job & the contract because the headhunter sent my profile to the wrong service, so I had to make clear important things about job position.
She transferred me to her manager few days after whom I had AGAIN to make clear my job status & especially the job position & the tasks. She insisted that she had 3 of my profile on your database which is CRAZY
I NEVER had people that INCOMPETENT who put all the faults on candidate behalf as they do NOT give the right information & do not prepare correctly for the next session of interview, do not take account candidates prerogatives and needs and send the candidate to the next session of interview to a client that the profile does not match the client's need!
Hire the RIGHT people seriously & train them in the RIGHT WAY instead of making wasting time & energy for the candidate!
1 week later the hiring company told me I got confirmed for the last session of interview and 1 week after they said that their client decided to cancel my profile on their hiring process!
