We used Hayes when buying our first home. The process was very smooth, and the team at Hayes made everything very simple for us as well as being able to get us some very good rates. Communication was seamless and they even kept us updated as rates improved while our sale was going through, meaning we managed to secure a better rate before we completed on our home. This company ghosted me after I had sent them my financial details and proof of ID in the form of a passport. Despite e-mailing and leaving messages for two days they did not get back to me then failed to be available for an arranged phone discussion. I reported them to police for potential use to fraud. Don’t trust this company.
