Bad service

Item didn’t arrive took months to come only got a refund after asking him on his personal accounts no response to emails will not purchase from this company again

I was really hopeful with this brand!

I am extremely disappointed at the lack of response from Hayato Milan. I have ordered the 'ARTEFATTO Bag' a few weeks ago and have followed up on a status of the order - considering it still says we will email you when the order is ready. In addition, I read the fine print whereby all bags would be shipped in April. Having grown up in NY-NJ I love finding and purchasing from up-and-coming designers or unique finds, and thought score, this is like something I would find back home. Sadly, I do not have a bag or response from the company. Understandably, things may be busy and I get that, but when you are trying to launch your brand this is not it! Hopefully, I will get the bag, slowly realizing this may be a scam.

Cancelled order and then no refund…

I cancelled my order back in January and even though they agreed to cancel it and told me it was cancelled in the system I still haven’t received a refund for my order. I have tried to contact them but they can take weeks to reply which is just unacceptable.

Very bad communication skills with customers. Not only does it take a long time to get a response but once they do reply they don’t clearly explain what is happening and give you very little information to work with.

So if you’re trying to reach out to them, good luck.
