Received shipment directly from china and weeks later than I had expected. Took the pan out of the box and noticed a chemical smell. Had such poor quality I immediately contacted them to return because I didn’t want to keep it. Have been trying for over 3 weeks to get into contact with them for return and have heard nothing. The links on the website for returning the product don’t work. Are they even a real company??

Even though the delivery takes a while it is worth waiting for such a good product.

Bottom outside is not absolutly flat. Beside that a very nice pan!

The Pan works marveles, altho i have to use som oil ore butter when i use it, but not as much as befor i realy recommend this pan to customers, i have order a bigger pan from you,

A very good working pan useful for small housholds. Practical nonstick pan.

Seems to be a great pan, unfortunately I have not received any of the two I ordered almost a month ago…😋

Maybe I was a little suspicious of the praise in the advertisement, but since I wanted to get away from frying pans that over time became uneven at the bottom and with a plastic coating that has a tendency to peel off, I decided to try Havstein's all-steel frying pans. After now having tried the pan, I am very satisfied. The pan has a comfortable handle and does not feel heavy. The food does not stick. Easy to clean. But as an extra plus, the pan has a surprisingly beautiful pattern in the structure that I became very fond of - for me it is everyday comfort!

Easy to clean. Fine result by cooking.
Neat size. Fully satisfied!

Finally we've found a frying pan that feels safe and reliable and works perfectly, no need to use a lot if oil. I'm very pleased.
