We dealt with Sveta at Haven to renew our mortgage for the end of this month and she has been very efficient, knowledgeable. On top of that she is friendly and easy to communicate with. Always a pleasure to do business with her!

Where do I begin…. Sveta was recommended to me by a friend who had a wonderful experience and recommended her highly to me despite the challenging mortgage environment. I was sceptical about obtaining a large mortgage with interest rates going up on a regular basis along with my income derived from more than one source.

However, Sveta was absolutely brilliant, we took time to explain/understand my situation and what my requirements were, she was excellent in advising me and her communication is second to none. When i first contacted haven after a recommendation from my employer as I had found my dream home unexpectedly when looking on rightmove and needed a mortgage ASAP.

I phoned haven at 9am I was put through to one of there consultants Connor tarry and made them aware of my financial predicament which is complicated making it difficult to get a mortgage. I also made Connor aware I would require a mortgage in principle by the end of the day and made him aware of the substantial documentation he would have to sift through to do this and Connor agreed and delivered on his promises and I had a mortgage in principle by the end of the day.

I was successful for my bid for the property and I preceded with the mortgage application with Connor. It was a 28 day completion. This meant working promptly to ensure we were able to complete in time. Connor worked tirelessly and always met my requests at times at very short notice.

There were a number of challenging moments during this process and Connor always remained composed and dealt with all matters promptly and successfully.

Now I am in my dream home, in the dream location with a decent mortgage product all because of Connor's endeavours, market knowledge and professionalism even though the unstable government in the UK nearly putting all of this under threat.

Overall, I found the services, customer service and passion to support myself through the mortgage process amazing and second to none. I would recommend Connor and haven to everyone I know and will continue to use connors services in the future.

What I liked about Connor was he is a very humble and decent human being and you are able to talk to him as a person and he makes you feel relaxed and valued and He always meet your expectations however unrealistic they are, these characteristics in the past I have never found a mortgage broker to have and also found others to treat me like a number.

I contacted Haven at the beginning of the year to enquire about taking a mortgage without having a full year of accounting information. I was sceptical as other brokerages had informed me that this was not possible. Sveta really understood my situation and area of work and assured me that I would be able to get a mortgage and shortly after was able to provide me with an AIP. Throughout the whole process Sveta responded quickly to questions, which was very reassuring.
