Frustrating loss of time

I ordered 4 items on 02/09/23, reference 43660. Two were dispatched quickly, the other two were indicated as having a preparation time of 12 to 15 working days, as expected from the website so no complaint at that point. 
A month later, an inquiry through the website contact form was left without answer. A week later, a direct email was finally answered on 10/10/23, with the information that one of the item was ready and the other one had been made with the wrong size and they hoped to have the correct one within the week. After another 8 days with no updates I asked to just send the item that had been ready for weeks and refund the other one, with still no answer since.

3 months ago: "next week shipping"

3 months ago i got answer from hauteng, that probably next week (3 months ago) they will ship my items (order no. 42298). I still did no received anything.

Once a month I wrote an email to see if there was anything new about the order, but always no reply.

I created the order in January 2023, it's slowly October 2023 and I've already said goodbye to ever receiving the goods.

Unfortunately, the items have been at the company that does the chlorination for months.

We followed up again and were assured by phone that the items would be shipped to us in the course of next week.
We will then send them on to you immediately.

If you are no longer interested, please let us know and we will of course refund your purchase.

Worst website ever.

Worst website ever.
Not to trust.

No news, no answers after ordering more than 200€ goods. Just if you complain on PayPal, you ll have an answer from lost exit.

This so-called "customer" is not recognisable to us as a customer because he unfortunately did not dare to identify himself to us - despite being asked to do so.

Unfortunately, the Trustpilot system encourages such false customer reviews.

Faulty goods!

Received one set of goods and part of that failed shortly after. They said they would send a replacement with my next order. On receipt of my next and latest order, no replacement was sent! Then then sent a replacement but it was the wrong item! They have failed to send the correct item and fail to answer any emails or messages submitted on the website. Meanwhile, on second use, the latest order also failed and they have failed to do anything about that either or even acknowledge my messages!

Ordered goods on July 27 and was told that it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. When I now contact the company, I get no answer? have tried to contact them for a week, but no answer? have called 10 times and left a message on their phone , no one answers the phone? Am very disappointed in them! Answered my emails until I ordered, then no more answers? Incredibly disappointed in them! Suddenly they send a mail from Tim/Tom? Say they have sent me the orded gods? But no tracking number. And when I ask for a tracking number, no answer? And on there website the order is still pending? I mailed 3 times, send 2 messages on there page, called 10 times and left messages on there phone! No reply to anything! I received a tracking number one time after asking for it, together with a not so nice mail! Yesterday there was no tracking number at the website. Answer to "In your account on the website, the order is marked as shipped, including a tracking number - maybe you should check there before you criticise it." well , it was not done so yesterday, then you have done this today because I have complained about it! They can not take criticism, there policy must bee that the customer are always wrong!
They sell latexas products, and there products can you find from other company's! Their rating here is not very good, it speaks for itself. More than I am dissatisfied with them! can't recommend anyone to order from this company.

We were advised a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks, which we were almost able to keep - unfortunately due to Corona.

If the regular answering of your emails by Tom and Tim (sorry - that are their names) has not been to your satisfaction, we regret this, but unfortunately cannot change it.

We informed you of the tracking number several times yesterday - please check your email inbox for this reason.

In your account on the website, the order is marked as shipped, including a tracking number - maybe you should check there before you criticise it.

Don't EVER order anything on this site

I have placed an order on Hauteng.de on May 5th, 2015. As of June 10th I just received half of the ordered items. But the worse is that they NEVER give any information and NEVER answer my emails, it seems that silence is their way of making business. And of course my VISA account has been charged since more than a month. So for now I don't know if I ever will receive my goods someday whereas I paid for it. This is my worst online purchase experience and I will NEVER ever order again to this dishonnest company.

This customer is a litte difficult....

He did indeed place an order, and he did only receive a part of it, but he was informed of the longer delivery time for custom made articles.

His credit card was charged on the day of dispatch with the amount of the partial order.

We have received 17 Mails, and only answered to 8 of them - because most of them read are copies of : "ANY NEWS ????????"
