Even when they shipped the wrong product from what we purchased. The company gives us the run around. The crazy thing is the company shipped the wrong product. In my mind you be better off giving the cash to someone who can use it. This company needs to do some internal upgrades!
Never buying from this company again!

money back is a LIE. emailed for MONTHS and they come up with endless excuses not to refund and then “changed their terms and conditions”. PRODUCTS DONT WORK
Do not order from this company!!! I placed an order on 4/16/25 and as of today, 6/10/25, have not received it. I get the same canned response each time I email to inquire-- "Rest assured it's on its way, we're doing everything we can" blah blah blah. Complete BS. Their website says 8-15 days for delivery! I've asked multiple times for a refund only to be told I need to wait until it arrives and then return it to them!! I doubt I'll ever see my order and will clearly lose my money. Stay away!!!
