To many odds ....
I am living in a rather remote tourist resort (5000 inhabitants) with poor connection to public transport where supermarkets and tourisme alike struggle to get personal. Looking for a cleaning aid for my household I stumble upon "haushaltshilfe24" offering over 13 ladies some with full name residing here offering cleaning services. Enrolling at the site shows the problem that payment in my case was not possible! My offer to make a bank transfer to the IBAN of Haushaltshilfe24 was rejected for "safety reasons". As this is a swiss company it raises the suspicion of tax fraud to evade income tax in Austria. Our municipality is ignorant of the persons offering their cleaning service with full name and residing in our resort and strongly advises to ignore this site!

I don´t recommend this website. The people that are on the website are thieves. They aren't real workers watch out for profiles without pictures. They don't do background checks so I don't recommend this websites.

A lot of work goes into checking each profiles, but we are a marketplace and cannot influence the behavior of members outside the platform. In order to provide more transparency and guidance to our users, we have developed a rating system for domestic helpers. It is a 5-star system that can be supplemented by comments and answers. In addition, we constantly recommend other household helpers on your personal start page.
Of course, ratings can be given only after contact has been made through our messaging system. We hope that you will soon find "your" home help!
The majority of our users believe that our service is worth the price. Of course, there are always individual cases where something does not work out.
