Extremely poor service. Would never recommend this organisation They claim they’ve completed the work and get paid ,leave the work incomplete. I have rang them numerous times. And sent multiple emails- no response at all - till today still waiting for the work to be completed- been almost 9 months now. They have a complete disregard for the customer. Very unprofessional. Never dealt with any organisation as bad as Hause cube. Please please do not waste your money with them.

Took them over the year to finish solar thermal job and still white stuff leaking from ome of tank but not come back to fix it, i emailing them and call them for this issue since beginning of December 2021 but still no response. Warning you all please don't use them.

I would give them less then 1star if I can they recet mine and my grandparents house up its leaking from the roof soller panel leaking pipe leaking I have ring them to many time they ignoring my phone call I have already paid plumber to fix the pipe work now the roof leaking could anybody help me im really stressed

Haus cube fitted a solar thermal system for my mum through the green homes grant scheme. They started in February and after months of problems they "finished" it in October. Some of the problems experienced with haus cube were:
- Firstly, they over charged for the solar thermal system and had to provide reasoning to the government about why. Some of these reasons were things such as "excellent customer service" and "Door to door delivery of goods"...Ridiculous!

- Scaffolding up for two months banging about keeping next doors children awake at night when it was windy

- Plumbed the system in wrong causing the shower not to work and leaving my (disabled) mum without a proper functioning shower for over 6 weeks

- When they finally accepted responsibility for the shower problems (after weeks of saying it wasn't them) they finally sorted it, only for them to melt the relay box for the boiler and left my mum without heating for a week. Only when I noticed the box was melted and we sent an email mentioning a fire risk did they send someone out the next day

- The blow-off pipe on the gable end of the house was blown off by boiling hot water from the cylinder which poured out all on my mums and the neighbors patio. The solar thermal system hadn't been configured properly and was heating water up to boiling temps without shutting off, hence the massive blow off causing the boiling water outside and leaks in the loft eventually leaking into the house

- When they finally came to sort the leak the plumber told me that we needed an electrician

- 5 weeks after this and after many ignored emails and phone calls, THE SAME plumber turned up, not knowing why he was there. He did something and told me it was sorted and to check it after a week to see if it was leaking

- Of course, after a week it was leaking. The plumber and haus cube were both notified and it was weeks until someone came out

- It turns out the solar panel was leaking outside and losing pressure (something we notified haus cube about in March and were ignored) so this was "tightened"

- After numerous guys calling out (all without prior warning) the system is now "fixed"

I have not even mentioned all of the issues, including the absolutely abysmal "customer service" that haus cube provide.

Haus cube have now been removed from the green homes grant scheme probably due to the amount of complaints and I assume it is only a matter of time until they are removed from napit, hies, recc and trustmark.

I would advise anyone who has had similar experiences with Haus cube to contact all of the organisations they are accredited with and put in formal complaints and get your solar thermal systems independently checked at the very least. These organisations are:
NAPIT
HIES
RECC
Trustmark

I'm sure when haus cube eventually go out of business "Izaac Johnson" will just start another company... I wonder if LAND CUBE (the former name of haus cube) were up to the same nonsense?

If i could give 0 stars, i would. By far the worst, most incompetent, unprofessional company i have ever had the bad luck of dealing with.

I had a goverment grant accpeted and instructed hauscube to carry out the work. Firstly they were supposed to put on solar panels and a water boiler jnside to cut down my gas bills. The workmanship was appauling third partiers carried the work out. Work was signed off without it being completed also now when u try to contact them they dont pick the phone up. These vouchers also covered new front and back doors heaven knows if they will ever get completed. All round a very poorly run company would never use them again

Like many have said this is a fraud company. If you have any issues WhatsApp the CEO on the number provided in another negative post. He doesn’t answer the call but you may get a reply via msg. Aftab is a rude person working for hauscube, the company is a disgrace

Please be aware this company sends fake court summons in name of court how low can you get do not want finish job on doors want me redeem voucher be very careful cow boys are town?
These guys think are above law will frighten people into signing things with pressure do not cave in to these people.

The worst ever company. Give absolutely no s*** about anyone. I've had to make official complaints to the green house grant Trust Mark etc. The place should be shut and those working should be in prison. Bloody fraudsters. I'm close to getting address contact number for each individual that so call work there. Will post it up here and everywhere so people can knock at their houses and get them to sort the mess out

Worning,dangerous and be aware of, the huse cube company, they're fake, they started job for me and they don't want to complet it for by coming up with different reasons why they can't complete so please don't use this company. This company doesn't deserve a 1 star the reason I can't put no stars is because I have to click on one star just to write a review

Where do I start with this Complete Fake and Fraud Company? Avoid now and in future. I can relate to all negative reviews here (by the way, the so called 'positive and good' reviews here are all fake, the company have made fake Google accounts and added good reviews so people think it is a good company. Just look at the names and you will realise the same. They will keep adding more and more good reviews to balance out the negative reviews.

Also, if any of you spoke to 'Alisha, Mike Heart, Victor or Leo', these are all fake names as one of the workers admitted to myself that these are fake names. They are all or majority Asian + Muslim, hiding behind fake names - Now I know why! As Islam doesn't allow dealing in this way, scamming people, so they can't show their real Muslim name. So all this bad impression on Islam. You can run and hide from the creation, but not from the creator! Sadly, We have all been deceived by this company.

And Finally, Government are closing the scheme in 3 days and vouchers expire. I have already registered a formal complaint to HIES (Home Insulation & Energy System) LTD. My advice, Everyone should send in a complaint with all your issues, it's very simple and quick on the following email: info @ hiesscheme.org.u k
I have received a reply and HIES LTD are taking the matter further into their hands and have promised to get to the bottom of this. I didn't want to take these steps, however, I was left with no other choice. Also, everyone is requested to complain to Trademark, MCS, ICO, NAPIT etc.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have done half a job through green homes grant and documented it as complete. The matter still hasn't been resolved. They are recieving funding from government for jobs they haven't completed or services not provided.

Worst company ever never kept their promises, its a fraud company these guys are harassing people, i'm keep calling them but no answer, My Vouchers got expired now never done the job they acting like they are sending some one to do the job, no one ever turn up. i rang director on his mobile number 07446 77 1705 they all sitting there and waiting for to expire your vouchers not bother at all, don't even picking up the calls neither reply of emails. if they cant fulfil the job they should have let their customers know so they could have gone to different installer. its so frustrating stay away from this company.. people who are going thru same situation i would suggest you to complain trading standards.

We went with this Company for 3 measures under the Green Homes Grant scheme, and haven’t managed to have any of the measures installed!
Extremely poor service throughout, no reply to emails, very poor telephone response, all we have taken away from this is a great deal of stress and worry. It took months to get the contracts sent through with the correct name and address on them, but no work ever started, and the vouchers have now expired.
We have been left after many months feeling very frustrated as well as disappointed in this Company, it was a chance for us to be more environmentally friendly with the help of the Government, sadly, HausCube have let us down badly.

Great Company, did a fantastic job. My husband has already posted a comment, just saw the negative comments, any issues phone the company and they should correct it. We had a minor issue, was resolved immediately, the next day. I personally rang the office and the lads, were there the next day. Would defo recommend, many thanks 👍👍

Haus Cube installed my solar panels for hot water. The service I have received from Haus Cube has been fantastic and they communicated throughout to ensure the whole process goes smoothly. The workmen they sent were organised and clearly skilled in their work. They were clean and tidy in their practice and explained the process as they went along. Highly recommended

Had a Solar Thermal system installed under the GHG scheme by these plebs! Everything has gone wrong at every stage!! Their work is ALL sub’d out to substandard ‘tradesmen’ who wouldn’t be employed anywhere else and are not up to the job! They are acting purely as an agent. No experience in the building trade! Look out for them on a Watchdog programme…’Builders from hell’! Avoid this company! For Solar thermal you can put a complaint in to 2 consumer protection bodies: HIES & RECC which they are a member of! Disgusting and need closing down!!!!!!!

This company is a farce and they mess you about alot they don’t pick up their phones nor answer to any emails please try to avoid this company it’s say one thing and does another they put my solar panel on and done the electrical but have lest it like that I have tried to contact them so many times but they say we will ring you back but they don’t all lies lies don’t be fooled by their complaint and voices they left everything the way it is and not connected the pipes to the boiler so solar panel is on top of my roof bladey doing naff all I even went into Theor office in bury and was promised they will get onto it but they don’t please guys stay well away from this company thsi company needs shutting down asap

No customer service, no one answers the phone, no response on emails, no response on whatapp, they installed solar panels but still not connected to the heating system, ever time you ring it's says waiting time is 30 minutes, after 30 minutes the line just drops, worst company ever, very irresponsible company
