Luke was very quick to reply to my questions on WhatsApp, explaining the different options and prices really clearly.

On the day, Luke replaced a snapped fence post and wall plate, put the fence back up, and reinforced the remaining posts with concrete spurs. Luke couldn't have done a better job, it looks great, and it's saved me replacing the entire fence.

If ever I needed more work done, I wouldn't hesitate to call Luke again!

Luke responded to my enquiry promptly. He came out on a Sunday morning to install two concrete posts to existing wood posts that had started to rot at the bottom. He came out even though it was pouring with rain. He did a very neat and tidy job. We are very pleased with the work carried out by Luke and highly recommend.

Google found Hattons Post Repair and a visit from Luke confirmed his product would solve the problem and indeed it has and at a surprisingly low cost of £85. We cannot praise Luke enough, we are in our 90s and were impressed with his polite pleasant personality and efficiency.

Luke responded to my initial inquiry on the same day and was flexible about visiting to provide a quote, which was competitively priced. On the day of the work he was right on time. I was nervous about needing good quality work that my neighbours would also be happy with, but I needn't have been concerned as Luke's work was excellent quality and very tidy. I'd happily recommend.

Excellent advice, service and a great repaired fence post and fence tidy up. Wind in June meant a wobbly fence post damaged a few boards and the joints to the connecting post. Luke came to see the damage and booked us in before our daughters 18th birthday party in our garden which was great timing. All repaired and tidy and Luke honestly braved a lot of holly on our neighbours side to get the job done. Thank you and would highly recommend.

Luke has successfully rescued our 50 year old heavy hit and miss garden fence that was listing over an adjoining public footpath. His solution has restored the fence to vertical and securely fixed its wobbling, hopefully to provide many more years of service . Luke was helpful and cheerful throughout the process from initial assessment to completion, not withstanding the hot weather, tree roots and old concrete surrounding the post bases encountered.
