Really poor experience from start to finish
Really poor experience from start to finish. Badly designed website took payment for my order twice, so they then had to sort this out. The item (a floor to ceiling ball) was an backorder so I waited over a week then when it finally arrived, it was of very low quality and deflated with no means of pumping it up or instruction about how to do this. There was no invoice or return details included and no returns policy on their website (I wonder why...) so I returned to the address on their website. Their business development manager Rich - who hadn't been responding previously - then refused to refund and told me that I needed to return to an entirely different address that isn't listed on their website. I had to ask my bank to make a chargeback claim.

What excellent customer service
Found this company today - can't imagine how busy they are with having so many order for fitness kit - but they responded to my email really quickly and managed my order and query - it was excellent customer service, I even got to speak to a real person and the chap was really friendly and helpful.
