They are very trustworthy

They are very trustworthy! I had significant issues with the delivery and they took action and fully in charge!
I think it's imperative to have a vendor who is there for you in case of any issues!

Great!!

Hatstore proposes a large choice of hats and conveniently they offer a large scale of sizes. Their products are super nice and of quality and their customer-service is exceptional (thanks Moa T). We had an issue with the received order, Moa T was super reactive and proposed me a convenient solution.
I recommend!

After-sales service

I ordered 2 children's caps. The delivery was delayed due to the carrier's fault. I was very inconvenienced afterward, but after speaking with the advisor Salah, he was able to quickly find the most suitable solution for my case and he was extremely efficient and fast. Thanks to him, I received my children's caps quickly and always of very good quality. This was the 3rd time I ordered from Hatstore. I recommend their caps as well as the quality of the customizations.
