Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service. The internet connection is highly unstable, with frequent outages and slow speeds despite paying for a high-speed plan. Customer support is unresponsive and takes far too long to resolve issues. Complaints are often ignored, and follow-ups rarely lead to any improvement. The overall experience has been frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a dependable internet connection.

One of the worst services I have ever…

One of the worst services I have ever been gone through.
Frequent disconnection and least bother to contact user at the real time to get it resolve.

I am without network from more than 14HRS with no calls and no data usage. Called customer care number and IVR prompt due to network outage in my area.

I will never ever recommend this cheap brand to any of the users.

I AM CUSTOMER OF HATHWAY AND I REALLY HATE THEM FOR THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE. ITS JUST WASTE OF MONEY. IF ANY ISSUES THEY WILL NOT SORT IT OUT AND THE AGENTS ARE MAKING FUN OF CUSTOMERS WHO ARE CALLING. NO OFFERS FOR LOTAL CUSTOMERS JUST TAKING MONEY FROM US. ITS TOTALLY WASTE. PEOPLE WILL TELL THAT THEY WILL CALL BACK AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT NO CALLS ARE DONE. WFH PEOPLE DO NOT GET THE SERVICES FOR NIGHT SHIFT PEOPLE THEY WILL DEFINITELY GOING TO CUT THE SERVICE EVEN IF UR PAYING CORRECTLY. THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

Duped with payment

I am an existing client of Hathway Broadband. I was duped by sales team twice last month and this current month. I was on 100 mbps plan but from last 2 months I am out on 30 mbps from hathway. This month I told the sales agent before renewing that I was duped and this month please upgrade it back to 100mbps from 30 Last month I raised a ticket complained about misleading call and converting my speed from 100 to 30 mbps no action taken. Think month I clearly explained Anusha that I require 100 mbps to which she asked me to make higher amount of 575 plus taxesI paid 678 rupees but still my connection remains 30 mbps raised a complaint yesterday today agent akshaya called to resolve but nothing happened she was very rude. I think they also hacked my phone without otp they have closed my case.

The customer service provider Mr Anam…

The customer service provider Mr Anam Morshed Quaderi doesn't have any manner. He doesn't know how to talk with customer. Unprofessional service provider who cut the call on the face while complaining the network issue.
Pathetic service provider and Hathway network. Will discontinued the service.

I relocated to a place where Hathway…

I relocated to a place where Hathway doesn’t even operate, so I disconnected and moved to another ISP. End of story? Not with Hathway.

Their backend team harasses me daily with nonstop calls, easily 5-6 times a day, aggressively pushing renewal plans for a service they literally cannot provide. Despite clearly communicating the reason for disconnection, their systems are so broken and outdated that they haven’t bothered to update a basic status.

Even after returning their device, the calls continue. Same script. Same ignorance. Now they’re demanding the device back again, proving there is absolutely zero internal coordination or accountability. It’s beyond incompetent.

Judging by the sheer volume of negative reviews, it honestly feels like Hathway has more angry customers than active subscribers. This kind of behavior explains exactly why.

Has anyone actually managed to shut this harassment down by escalating to TRAI or the telecom ombudsman? If yes, please share the process here.

They keep calling from numbers like +91 80-65011048 (last two digits keep changing), which clearly looks like deliberate call spamming.

Do Not Choose Hathway, if you want peace. And if you’ve already suffered, leave a brutally honest review so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Horrible service. Don't use it

I'm using the hathway internet from past few days and it's having pethetic service. Payment details are not updating in the portal correctly and each time you have to huddle with customer service to use the internet. I'm really disappointed with the service

Scam company

Their WiFi is very unstable. Their customer service is also unreliable. They kept asking the same thing for the past 2 months about their router when I have explained the same thing again and again, then they put a penalty saying show proof of this conversation.
This company is a scam, I hope people won’t fall for it.

Hathway company is very scammer …

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The service was poor, and the staff was unresponsive. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using their services. Horrible and horrible worst network…

Horrible and horrible worst network connection in INDIA sometimes no internet most times slow laggy very high ping over 150ms. Nothing to say about customer service their speed is also too slow to use in 100 mbps giving not even 60mbps half bandwidth is given. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE HATHAWAY WIFI AND TV CABLE 👎👎👎👎👎👎THEY ARE EVEN ELIGIBLE TO GET ANY RATINGS BUT I WILL NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE STAR ALSO....

Worst service

Worst service . I have been using Wi-Fi from many year with other network providers but Hathway is the worst. No proper guidance and they say to pay the money first without installation it’s been two days still no Wi-Fi . Extremely disappointed
