It’s the no fuss way to get nitro cold brew at home. The design is simple and the performance is flawless. Most importantly, clean up is very easy. I highly recommend this product.

Great Nitropress and great customer service

I ordered from them one month ago.

I write them an email , they apologized, send the product but wrote me there is one part of the order they’re missing.

I write them again, that I’m very disappointed from the service , they just wrote me they are sorry.
Not refunding me for the missing part.

amazing bit of kit to make Nitro lattes and also all kinds of other nitro drinks and great service from the makers

nothing works. the box arrived torn. there were no precise instructions on how to use it. a waste of money

I purchased the pro unit through kickstarter and yes the updates were very infrequent but I rolled with it.
My problem came when I tried to follow up and emailed them, messaged through kickstarter and left comments on their kickstarter campaign and they will not reply to them. I have seen replies to other backers so they are ignoring me and I think that is dreadful. I just want what I paid for and for 2 minutes to type a reply they now have got a 1 star trustpilot review because they won't get in touch. I still hope they get in touch eventually as I want what I paid for, but I can't change my review since this is based on my experience and it has been sub par so far.
I hope the machine doesn't break because them refusing to respond to any source of communication means I will not be able to get it repaired under a manufacturer's warranty :( if they are that busy they haven't got time to reply, that tells me they should have the money to hire even a temp to do the job, no excuse really.

I just picked up my new Nitropress Pro a few days ago, wich I backed at Kickstarter, and I'm very happy and impressed with it.

I picked the Pro because I want the ability to use the cartridges if necessary.

Good bulid quality, very sturdy and easy to use.

I preordered the Nitropress hoping this would allow me to feed my nitro cold brew habit without the hassle of cartridges. The machine exceeded my expectations. Solid build quality (this thing feels bulletproof) and super simple operation.

I was quite impressed with the NitroPress's build quality, and it performs well for making nitro cold brew at home. It's easy to use and brings some fun to coffee and cocktails. However, the purchasing process left something to be desired, with unclear communication on preorder status and significant delays in delivery. My product seemed slightly handled when it finally arrived, which was disappointing for the price. Overall, while the device itself is satisfactory, the buying experience could certainly improve.

I received my Nitro Press and IMMEDIATELY made a nitro cold brew. It was everything I hoped it'd be and more. It's so easy to use and easy to clean. That evening I made an espresso martini with it as well and let me tell you, I now find any excuse to put a cocktail through my nitro press. Old fashioned, Manhattan, I even get fancy and make Irish cold brew with a bailey's cold foam on top(I use a milk frother for that). Genuinely can't be happier with my Nitro Press.

LOVE the Nitropress. It is incredibly well-made and feels like the finely-crafted machine that it is. Very convenient to make nitro cold brew at home, and fun to share at work. I'm using it so much, that I'm considering getting the DS to avoid having to buy N2 cartridges!

I backed the Kickstarter campaign for NitroPress DS and I’m so glad I did.

In this malignant era of disposable crap—wherein even high end products are fraught with reliability problems and maddening usability issues—it’s so refreshing to use the NitroPress DS. It exudes the quality of a bygone age; the design and execution are among the finest I’ve seen. Together with my Gevi grinder and Londinium Vectis lever machine, I consistently make the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had—I’ll wager even James Hoffman would give me a decent review.

This Summer has been ridiculously hot and humid. Most days, I make two espresso shots, dilute to 500 mL, chill and charge—even the snobbiest of my ‘coffee people’ friends can’t believe the nitro cold coffee that comes out. I glad I bought two bottles—one day I’ll get a couple more so I can nitro charge every liquid that goes in my mouth, from lemonade to V8—perhaps even steak sauce and sriracha.

NitroPress products are world leading quality.

Important note: this should be obvious to anyone with cortical folds in their cerebral cortex, but the negative reviews are from people who don’t read, have no idea what ‘pre-order’ means, and have no concept of the complexity nor delays that occur when rolling out brand new products—all of which were clearly communicated by NitroPress, and are part of every KickStarter campaign. Duh.

Very upset with the service and delivery. First, it was not conveyed that the product was a preorder (ordered 07/20). I had to write them to ask about it. It arrived today (08/15), looking like a returned item. The unit was not wrapped or secured in the box, it was dusty and parts loose and rolling around. I am returning this today. Not what I would expect for $400! Save your money!

Product is well made, yet to try all the different recipes!

We absolutely love the NitroPress DS setup! We are a coffee and chocolate company and always dreaming up new concoctions to be enjoyed. Having a NitroPress in our kitchen brings out nitrokegging process to the countertop, allowing us to design new beverages. We love it.

Makes excellent nitro cold brew. I use the starbucks cold brew you get at the grocery store mix it with cold water. Then use the DS to infuse the N2. Will have to say I was amazed at the layer of foam after pouring. Taste wise, jeez, way better that the nitro cold brew I get at the sbux drive through - wow!. Very smooth, I showed the image to a friend and they thought it was a Guiness. I do not drink and was really amazed at that response. Can't wait to explore what other beverages I can make with it. As a non alcohol drinker, I will rely on this as my go to stand in.

I ordered mine during the KickStarter campaign in August 2023. I knew the risk (as with all KickStarter campaigns) and the expected wait. Prior to that I had the original NitroPress and loved it.

My DS arrived in February (I live in California) and I've used it many times. I've tried cold brew, juice, cocktails including a cold brew Irish coffee and espresso martinis. I even tried it for dirty vodka martini. (I mix batch cocktails and keep them in the refrigerator or freezer for faster service when hosting friends).

I absolutely love it. So much so that I've ordered an adaptor for my standard bottle so I can use it with the DS.

Having the DS makes playing around with different ideas so easy and MUCH less expensive than using cartridges. It doesn't take up much room on the counter and stores easily.

I made the purchase in early march when the estimated ship date was April. That was bumped out to May without any communication. When I finally got a shipping email notice with a DHL tracking, the tracking number never updated or was used. On May 25th I got another shipping email from Stone3PL which also wasn’t clear on when it was shipped or might arrive. I finally received the item on June 9th, 3 months after ordering. The lack of communication did not make this a great ordering experience.
