In New Mexico in 1978 we tried our first green chile. We've been hooked ever since, and Hatch, NM grows the best. The soil and the weather make it so. We lived in Colorado from 1993 till 2021, and bought our green chile from a guy selling Hatch Chile out of a truck in a parking lot. We live in Florida now, some people here don't even know that New Mexico is a state, and the Mexican resturants think Pablanos are green chile. Thanks to the web, we found the "Hatch Chile Store". We've been ordering from them for several seasons, and intend to continue. Their service and product is unmatched; they email regular order updates and the staff I've dealt with are awesome. Updated Review — I had a problem with my shipment and they reshipped my entire order overnight at no cost!

I ordered a case of chilis several weeks ago and I have not received any recent updates about the status of my order. Will I be getting my chilis this year or should I request a refund?

In addition to a box of chiles, which we received separately, we only received one of two orders of tortillas. The receipt in the box confirmed we should have received two. Worse yet, this review is my only opportunity to register my disappointment for being charged for product never received.

On 25 Aug 26, I ordered 1 medium Green Chile powder and two bottles of Green Chile sauce (order #Hatc-337372). I received the green chili powder but no Green Chile Sauce. On 2 Sep 26 I called and left a message and sent an email detailing the issue. Got a voicemail telling me to call back but no mention of my issue. Called back on 4 Sep and spoke to Yareli who said she would take care of it. Hope to receive them soon. Thanks.

This is a great product with great customer service. I’ve been ordering for a couple years now and it is the New Mexico flavor I know and love.

Sent these to my son who is a chef. He immediately roasted them and made several batches of green chile and other yummy delights. I appreciated the "heads Up' on the shipping as he lives in Florida.

Nothing like Hatch green!

Chiles I ordered came the next day, full plump fresh, I roasted them and peeled and then froze them in indivual freezer bags, I got 9 bags and cooked last night for dinner with a pot of pinto beans and made fresh tortillas. . .soon good. . .I will order again next year. . TY so much. . .

Love the chilies, however I only received half of my order. Still waiting for the rest of my peppers, they were ordered August 2nd.

Product arrived with little to no bruising or spots. Was as advertised. Amazing value and taste!

the chilies were a bit smaller than last year but with the crazy weather we've had that's understandable. The taste was still outstanding.
