Nobody was available to pick and post my item. So it never turned up in time for my holiday.

Great personal service from Haswing Australia both in answering questions. The W40 GpS motor has been brilliant on early outings; although the ‘Chinlish’ manual could be improved.

Quick delivery of a Cayman Value Pack GPS Spotlock trolling motor. Easy to fit motor to boat and make electrical connections. Ordered a Push n Lock trolling motor fixed socket cable kit which allows a quick waterproof connection to the motor/batteryand an extra centre puck which allows the motor to be swapped in seconds from one boat to another when combined with the quick release bracket included in the Value Pack.

Greg rang me back straight away after I sent a query. After working out what foot pedal I needed for my electric motor, I put in the order and it was with the courier within 10 mins. This was on 23rd December. It was delivered on the 29th December. Thanks Greg I'm loving the cordless foot controls.

Dealing with the Haswing distributor in Australia was great, once initial contact had been made. The website/online store needs work to better manage stock expectations when making a purchase. Notifications after purchase were non-existent until we phoned/emailed. Then, service was great.

Great service and prior experience with this product made me confident to purchase again.

The Cayman GPS Ultimate Package with 54inch shaft and 50lbs of thrust makes light work on the water. I'm super happy!

No Service available, waiting now for 2 months
I bought my Haswing 24 Volt 1000 Watt Frontmotor in April 2024 , in June 2025 it stopped working and i registered a warranty claim at my haswing trader in Austria (vienna - Mobos Motors Vienna)
Now it is nearly September and i have still no working motor. They cannot even tell me if there is a substitute motor will be sent or spare parts will be sent (from the Haswing Partner in Spain - not Australia)

The fishing season startet in May and ends in 30th of September and so i could not really use the Motor in the second year.
