Brilliant company! Had two bay windows and a front door fitted. The finish is great, Steve and Grant who fitted everything are so good at what they do and the finish is brilliant! Working with a wonky old house is hard and they done great!

Lost a potential few customers here today Hastings Windows!!! How your obnoxious driver feels it's okay and safe to pull out Infront of a coach of school children this morning is beyond me! He even then had the ordasidy to give abuse to the coach driver! I could see the teachers on board where not happy with his driving! He didn't even look and the coach was already going past him! He just tried to pull into the side of the coach! Luckily the driver saw him and swiftly applied the brake. Rude and unprofessional on your part Hastings window. Some of us pedestrians all said we definitely won't be using your services. Shameful!

Good installation and have been telling friends and family how pleased we were until today after heavy rain we developed quite a bad leak gushing into the bedroom soaking a chair a new carpet and linen box.

However, recently a few of the units have started to display symptoms of breaking down, so I contacted them to ask if they could be replaced under the guarantee. They instantly agreed to come and view the units, and measured up for replacements. Their customer service and follow up care has been excellent and their guarantee is solid.

A really friendly, professional company who look after the customer. One product they also provide are integral blinds within their sealed window units which look brilliant without the hassle of dusting.
