no customer service, wont cancel my subscription, and outrageous prices billed WEEKLY

Claims that there’s 24/7 support and easy to cancel but I’ve been emailing them for days about cancelling as I’ve noticed it’s coming out WEEKLY not monthly. I can’t afford this as a small business owner, I need this cancelling with a refund immediately

Outstanding customer service, 10/10 I would totally recommend this!

Nothing but fake bot comments. The company takes away all subscribers once you cancel. All comments and views are from bots that commented on my videos with nothing about the video. They didn't even watch the full video. I will be doing a bank chargeback as this is fraud.
The followers are completely fake.

Great services, and customer service!! I recommend this service if you are trying to grow your following.

Ive been trying to cancel my subscription but there is no way to get in touch. The form function does not work. They have taken money out of my account twice this month. I am on disability and this is really bad for me. I'm disgusted and plan on taking action if this doesn't get resolved.

Update: 1. Hashtag Engine finally got back to me and closed my account.

2. I was being charged 69.00 per WEEK when I thought it was per MONTH. I believe that I misunderstood and it was my mistake.

3. !! Hashtag Engine did not do a great job at growing my channel. At this time I have 3.2k subscribers after over four months of paying 69.00/WEEK. THIS DOES NOT MATCH THE GROWTH THEY PROMISE. It was 100 percent a waste of money.

4. The comments on the channel are very obviously not real. This program will HURT your channel, not help it. I wish I could get a refund.

I really appreciated the great costumer service and the free trial was great.
I simply can’t afford as a start up business such monthly fee. But I sure be back once I have some revenue coming in.

I think that it is interesting that all of the “verified” reviews are only one star, and the 5 star reviews sound a lot like their advertising pitch. The engagement was obviously not real or genuine, the comments had nothing to do with my videos and many were the same message over and over. I want to grow a real community

Hashtag Engine is a scam. All of the followers you get are fake, and I mean verifiably fake. The positive reviews here are either fake, or they are written by people who don't realize that the followers they've gotten from using the "service" are fake. But they are, without a doubt, definitely fake.

The followers are fake and if Instagram notices what is going on your account could get deactivated. Most of these good reviews on this site are probably fake as well.

This experience is pretty good so far. I do feel somewhat disturbed about the fact that some followers have photos without words and much likes, but other than that, I am happy that I am almost at 1,000 followers and counting. I am very grateful for it.
