I’ve worked with multiple Bitcoin mining companies over the years, and honestly, there are a lot of cowboys in this space. Big promises, poor communication, delays, hidden issues, and then when something goes wrong, nobody takes responsibility. That’s why HashLabs stands out to me.

They are one of the few companies I’ve dealt with that actually is reliable. The leadership is solid, the team is trustworthy, and they seem to care about building something long term instead of just selling the next deal. Their locations are strong, the offers are competitive, and most importantly, the payouts actually work.

Of course, in mining there are always things that can happen. Machines can have issues, sites can have hiccups, and not everything is always perfect. But what matters is how a company handles it. With HashLabs, issues get picked up quickly, communication is clear, and problems get solved without endless excuses. That is rare in this industry.

Been hosting miners with Hashlabs in Finland for about 8 months. Uptime has been solid — I've had maybe one brief interruption in that whole period, due to a failed PSU. Their repair center handled it nicely, and the device got back online. Power pricing is competitive compared to what else is available in Europe. Communication is direct and they respond fast when you reach out. No surprises on the billing side. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable European host.

Watch out, they scam you.

As I see many of the reviews here are made by relatives and friends of the company owner (they even have the same familyname).

However the support and also what they promise you before making the contract is the worst that I have seen in my entire life.
Lies of how they help you to sell the machines when the contract is over. Maintenance is shit (11 out of 49 miners broke within the first year and have not been replaced).

They take more fees and raise the prices for electricity every Year.

Great hosting company that cares about Bitcoin miners. They take creative engineering and make it accessible. Highly recommend!

I have currently 4 miners running with Hashlabs in Finland and am very happy with the service and performance of the miners. The onboarding with them was very simple, the setup very convenient, so one does need to setup things outside, like mining pool accounts and bitcoin wallets but it isn't complicated at all nowadays. The miners didn't have a down day since I started and best of all the electricity my miners use end up producing hot water for the surrounding towns. Pricing in comparison with other mining offerings out there is great and they do have specials when new sites come online or last miners per site go into production. So check their Telegram or WhatsApp chat. The fact that I am in control of which mining pool setup makes it even more interesting and secure. There is a lot of scam out there, luckily for me these guys are real. The sales team is very responsive especially via Whatsapp. Hashlabs also offers mining in Norway and Ethiopia but I can't comment on that since I have only miners in Finland. The support is ok for a small firm and I know the team is working on adding features such as the newly launched client portal (great job by the way). I really haven't found anything to complain about and I started mining with them in July. I will update this review again in 6-12 months with a longer term experience report.

My background: I know a few things about running mission critical infrastructure in datacenters so can be very picky. Hashlabs haven't shown any signs of weakness in that area so nicely done.

Hosting bitcoin mining operations is about trust issues. I became a customer earlier this year without knowing Hashlabs beforehand. I met some of the team members at a bitcoin conference during the summer and did also my own background research.

Hashlabs has proven to be reliable mining operator. Open communication and professional technical support and maintenance have all worked very good.
