This company is not trustworthy

This company is not trustworthy. On January 7, 2024 I made a deposit of $250 at 7:37 pm. I spoke to customer service. I couldn't withdraw the amount with the income because whoever referred me didn't update the account and until the person did so, I wouldn't be able to withdraw it. Or I would have to pay $1000 to unlink my account from his. On 01/11/2024 they sent me an email saying that they had understood the situation and unlinked my account but I needed to pay $55 to reactivate my account, I paid this amount at 11:22 am. It didn't work, I spoke to the attendant and she said it was a Binance problem and with $61 I would solve it, I paid. They asked for my documents and a selfie to verify the account. After verification I had to activate the account again, I paid another $170. And I didn't get a single cent. Now I have to pay $400 to have a trading certificate because only then will I be able to withdraw my money. I don't have any more money to deposit, they just keep making things up and never return the money. I have all the prints and receipts.
In time, they sent me an email saying that I can choose the amount I want to pay on the certificate, I told them to deduct it from what they owe me. I read all the terms of the contract, rights and duties, I read the website in full, I complied with all the requirements and they did nothing. Detail: Everywhere they say that the investment is safe. DON'T BELIEVE IT.
