Great customer service

When we broke a small part of our recently acquired Connect 4 I thought Hasbro would treat us with disdain in asking if they could replace it. How wrong could I be! They not only reacted with kindness but replaced the part with no cost except for a minimal charge for post and packing.

Ruined

I am just disappointed that they took Galoob and changed micro machines so much that they look like something completely different.

So I pre-ordered THE VINTAGE COLLECTION JABBA…

So I pre-ordered THE VINTAGE COLLECTION JABBA THE HUNT with 2 exclusive carded figures, one was damaged. Spoke to hasbro, they were just going to replace the item, no returns needed. Then they reached out and told me they were sold out and not selling anymore. Now they are selling it again and I called to get the replacement, they said it's out of warranty??? Now they want the old one back, which I have thousands of figures boxed away and cannot locate the defective figure... hasbro are liars and cheats.. hasbro global is the worst.. they charge top dollar but their customer service and their product are only worth 2 cents.. stay away. Hasbro cares nothing for their customers...

Dont buy from online store. They ship used items

Been wanting to post this a while now. Hasbros online store will ship you opened, used, and damaged items. They stole over $80 of my daughter's birthday money a while back. She collects my little Ponys, and leaves them in their boxes. What they shipped was used and opened and smashed boxes, which obviously was warehouse, as shipping box was not damaged. After sending clip showing the unboxing, Hasbro sent a post paid label. These tables have no tracking, so when you send shipment back, they claim they never got shipment. Because they did this is past, put a tag in, so we have proof they got items back. We're going to use small claims to get her funds back.

you licence your property to one of the…

you licence your property to one of the most awful and harmfull gambling companies in the world. I now associate your brand with problem gambling and human suffering. you should pull your licence from evolution gaming. below is an ai overview of your company ethos. now ask yourself. does licensing my property to this company refect my companies outlined ethos. certainly I think family board games and hard-core gambling dont fit well. I dont think the Igaming industry which is linked to suicides globally fits your brand. if anyone wants to have a gander at the trust pilot reviews for evolution gaming the company they licence to. it makes for very concerning reading.
I think, it's nice to say you believe in ethical practices, but licensing to an unethical company really hurts your brand and makes the drum beating statements of positive ethics and societal responsibility seem totally insincere. also not for nothing, I think the association of monopoly to gambling is probably of far more benefit to evolution as it can present itself like a family friendly brand. one that kids will grow up having a positive association with, probably leading to these harmful igaming products appearing safer and more appealing to the adults of tomorrow. honestly if you lend your brand to the devil for a quick buck, are you really any better than the outcome it causes. as far as i'm concerned, if someone plays that game and suffers harm, hasbro is in my opinion at least partial complicit. you ought to protect your brand integrity and be more careful with what you associate your company with.

Hasbro's company ethos centers on creating joy and community through play, supported by a commitment to ethical business practices, environmental responsibility, and fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. Core values include honesty and integrity, upholding human rights in its supply chain, empowering communities through philanthropic initiatives focused on children, and continually striving for sustainability and improvement.

I gave up on the hobby

After a couple of years of never being able to obtain exclusive figures at retail, I've given up on this hobby. When I was a Pulse Premium member, I still could not get pre-orders, always sold out even when I try to pre-order right at the start of the window. I have never been able to pre-order any Hasbro products at Target, due to selling out. The worst of them, Walmart, will take the preorder only to cancel them later. I have had 8 preorders at Walmart cancelled.
Its not enough to just not buy from Walmart anymore, I'm just not going to buy Hasbro at all. The fake and manufactured 'sell outs' is demoralizing.
After Walmart cancelled my last order, I cancelled all my Hasbro preorders. I dont care if that doesnt make sense to anyone else, I simply am not going to give money to companies that mistreat their fanbase this way. If Hasbro truly wanted to sell me products, then the products would be available at the customers' convenience.

Cannot replace a maximum ssries spider…

Cannot replace a maximum ssries spider so offered an item or same or greater value and sent the worst possible figures this company has made that no one wants it and even almost no value at all! Offered to send them back the one you bought but you will pay for shipping and taxes. I inveated so much with their Marvel legends product and I am done with it! With that amount their are markingbout their figures, best to spend your money on other import toys.

They refuse to fix factory mistakes

Bought a figure that was new in box never opened, there was no window on the box to inspect the figure before purchase. I received a figure with 2 right hands for the extra set of effect hands. I reached out to customer service to rectify the issue, and was told they could do nothing because I decided to buy my "new never opened" figure from an ebay seller. It doesn't matter where I bought the figure, it's still hasbro's manufacturing mistake. Now I'm out the money I spent with a defective figure.

Received a defective figure

Received a defective figure. Paint on helmet was completely off center making the figure looks comical. Reached out to customer service and they agreed to send a replacement. And amazingly they sent it to a completely wrong address. Have no idea how they messed that up. Complained again and they assured me they will correct it. Well, surprise surprise they messed up again. Again! I received and empty box. An empty box. And so far no reply to emails.

Customer support was great!

Customer support was great! They offered troubleshooting and tips to get my device working again, and even when that didn't work, they sent me a replacement (although it was a different item, due to how the one I had was off sale, but it was >= the quality of the original!)
Not sure why their rating is so low overall, I didn't have any issues with them whatsoever =]

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Electronic battleship stopped working despite playing less than 12 games. Company refuses to warranty product. It has always been kept in the box and looks brand new. Wouldn’t even offer trouble shooting. They want me to get a new game. Basically you are out of luck with hasbro. They simply won’t support their products.
