I waited in store for a click and collect for over 40 minutes until I asked someone if I could pick my item off the shelf and just leave as they couldn’t find it.

Fair play to Sean very efficient…
Fair play to Sean very efficient sorting the click and collect. Needed a stand and it was found straight away. Didn’t catch the young lads name who brought the tv out to the car but a sound man fair play to him in the rain.

Exceptional Customer Service. I am a Tralee Harvey Norman customer for over 15 years. For the last three visits, I had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by James. I both asked for professional expertise on several items in the course of my visits, and purchased items as well -based on James's clear expertise. But what struck me particularly, was James's ability to always greet me by my name (he always remembered) and, his a keen focus on going beyond and always ensuring I considered all aspects to the printers and memory banks, and other items I was considering. James was consistently proactive to double check any metrics I should consider. I have met many customer service agents at Harvey Normans. James simply stands out. It was easy to find item, get information. Able to compare prices. Samsung vacuum cleaner at very good price. No problem with completing purchase. Delivered by DHL practically next day and we are happy with item.

Just a phone call…
I phoned Harvey Norman Tralee for information on a particular washing machine and was pleasantly surprised to be answered by a man who had all the details instantly for me including a day for delivery. I’ve never met Trevor Quirke but his friendly very well informed attitude was excellent. A brief call and I had everything I needed to know…and will have the machine delivered tomorrow...great service, no
