Excellent, friendly, helpful and expert all round service from Solomon from purchasing a new phone, trade in of current phone and best experience of my time in Ireland. Lucy provided excellent, friendly, helpful service during the transfer of my data from one phone to another. The store location and atmosphere is amazing, great service and experience.

Purchased a TV online for collection at Airside branch. Waited nearly 30 minutes before someone came to tell me that I had to collect at a different address, even though the confirmation email stated Airside for pickup. The new location (back of Dublin Airport) was closed & only open 9 to 5 (I work these hours). Told him to cancel order but two hours later, it's still showing as awaiting collection. They have my money & I have no TV so tomorrow will be more wasted time trying to remedy.

Crap service & won't be using them again. Recommend stick to other shops that don't give you BS runaround.

I bought a TV at the Swords branch and had a problem with it when I got it home. I brought it back to the store and they replaced it for me without the slightest trouble. I found them to be knowledgeable and cared about looking after the customer. A rare combination these days

I just recently moved into a new home and Damian in electrics was more than helpful. His professionalism, warm personality and advice made me constantly return to the store. I have spent thousands and it’s all down to Damian!!
Joe was also extremely helpful one day when Damian was off.

Daniel and Adam were absolutely brilliant on delivery, they went above and beyond to get a large fridge and a washing machine up the 3 flights of stairs in our house. Most people would have refused, but the lads couldn't have been better, somehow managing to keep laughing and joking the entire time! Can't thank Daniel and Adam enough!

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Richard in home appliances in Swords Airside, after weeks with a faulty dishwasher, talking to manufacturer directly without any resolve insight, we reached out again to Harvey Norman and this time Richard luckily answered, and resolved the issue after taking our call... The staff were excellent and helpful. I reviewed several laptops and I am delighted with the Samsung I purchased. The cashier was very helpful as I had gift cards and money to pay for the laptop, as this was a retirement gift from the company I had worked for. So the cashier was very helpful with receiving gift cards and loose money. Welldone 😊

Driver gave me a call on the morning of delivery with an ETA. Arrived in the timeframe. Unloaded all items, assembled furniture and took away rubbish. What more could I ask for?

2 very helpful men delivered my fridge. Discovered it didn’t fit in through my door Told them to leave it outside and I would sort it. Therein lay my mistake! A call to the wonderful Richard in Swords who by some miracle was able to send the fabulous team of Tommy and James who sorted the problem. 15 mins of doors off and doors on and the fridge is in my house. Superstars!

Hey Harvey Norman, your Electronics manager in swords refused to price match one of your bricks and mortar competitors today’s. He said you only price match against the major retailers you reference on your website, I think that’s not true, is it?

What happened to Harvey won’t be beaten on price or have you changed your policy?

Delivery excellent service

Went to this store on the 08/05/26 to buy an oven, we looked on their page online and chose a bosh oven for around 1000 euro.
The seller in the store said that model would take 1 month or more to be delivered as they didnt have it in stock.

We opted for a 1400 euro bosh oven as we were told by the seller that this would be delivered in 3 weeks.

Now 2 months and a half has passed, no sign of our oven, Harvey Norman has not once contacted us to give any sort of information, after calling the store multiple times, being told they would investigate and call back, never called back.
We were sold something more expensive to be able to receive it faster and yet have not received and got no dates for it to be delivered, thankfully I bought all the other appliances for my house somewhere else, this is the worst shopping experience I had in Ireland so far.

Sofas delivered. Polite delivery men on time too.
All sofa’s were unpacked and assembled and all wrapping waste taken away too.
In an age we’re you have to do most things yourself it was great to walk in and the sofas be usable straight away.

The lads who delivered my couch were excellent. They even put the soft floor protector on the couch legs for me without asking. Something I would have struggled to do myself. Very kind.

The guys were great, removed old washing machine and installed new one without a problem. Very helpful and friendly.
