What a great experience with the…
What a great experience with the Bedding team in Rathfarnham. I was advised by Alan Devlin on replacing a mattress in the final year of its warranty, and I was able to upgrade to a much better quality one.
Although the new mattress was more expensive, they applied the remaining warranty as credit towards it, along with free delivery and disposal of the old mattress. The whole process was seamless, including delivery and installation, with helpful advice on caring for the new mattress.
I really appreciated the excellent customer service from the entire team. 10/10.

Bad experience
I went to collect my order, but there was no one available to assist me. I waited at the Click & Collect point for 10 minutes and no one came. I also rang the bell several times.
I spoke with a staff member, and I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to keep waiting. Unfortunately, this was not possible for me.

Terrible communication with customers
Terrible communication with customers, they can be rude and impolite, they cheat by delaying goods for a certain date, I had a terrible phone conversation with a certain Conor for getting information about my order!
