I ordered a 3 piece couch and a rug. I was told it was being delivered on a Thursday 25th June. On Wednesday at 5pm I get a call to say the arm chair never arrived so now it will be the following Tuesday 30th. I had gotten rid of my old couch so I had no couch for 6 days. Then on Tuesday 30th delivery came,the armchair was dirty and stained so I refused it. There was no rug. Delivery men told me it comes in separate delivery. Later found out that’s not true. Rang Harvey Norman Galway had to tell them about armchair, have to wait 5 weeks for new one and was told rug will be delivered asap by DPD 2-3 days. One week later no rug. Absolutely brutal service.

Where do I start? The item was paid for and delivery scheduled for a Friday, window was between 8-6. The driver would call with an ETA. 6:30 came, no call no delivery. I called the store to see what had happened, the item never made it out of the warehouse onto the truck. Rescheduled for the following Friday which was crunch time as visitors were coming and the bed was needed. Again the window was 8-6. Sat in all day, finally called the store at 2:30 to be told the item was damaged and never got on the truck at all. This is twice!!! I never got a call from anyone to say there would be no delivery either time, no communication at all. It's the worst experience I've ever had with a big name store. Customer Service were very helpful and apologetic but the order was cancelled and I will never buy an item from this store again that requires delivery.

The communication for delivery was excellent, and the driver called me twice to give me an idea of when they would arrive. The men were very pleasant and brought the tv right into the sitting room for me, as I have back trouble. Couldn't have asked for more. Excellent service throughout. I'm very impressed.

I ordered a 3 piece suite and a rug. The armchair was dirty when the delivery guys open the box so I refused it now I’ve to wait at least 4 weeks for a new one. The rug I ordered wasn’t on the delivery truck they told me it comes in a separate delivery. When I rang Harvey Norman I was told no it doesn’t it should have been with that delivery now I’ve to wait a few days to get that delivered. Awful awful service

Delivery guys were really nice to deal with, quick delivery. It looked like I got the wrong colour for my suite of furniture. Rang the shop who confirmed it looked a different colour in the shop due to the lights. To return i will loose 30% of what I paid plus the delivery fee. Not a good way to run a business.
