Arrived at the store to collect my TV…
Arrived at the store to collect my TV only to realise that I received an email while driving too say my order was delayed
Forgot to mention the store assistant was trying to almost persuade me to take a refund and buy elsewhere or at DID as he mentioned.
Then when I collected my TV nobody offered to help me to my car despite me having a walking stick.
I counted 5 staff in the electrical department just standing around.
Then upon leaving with my TV another 3 staff adjacent to the bedding department hanging around chatting.
Did anyone offer to help? Answer NO!
Terrible service and aloof staff!!!!!!!!!

I was told delivery would be on…
I was told delivery would be on Thursday. Thursday morning 8.15 am, I got a call to say they would be with me between 12-2 pm.
Bang on noon they arrived, set everything thing up, removed all packaging and were gone. Exceptional job and friendly too.

Driving around to collect my item:)
Maybe as the whole, this establishment is alright. However, I was not happy with the way they handled one of my orders.
TV was purchased online and it was agreed that will be collected from the warehouse, which is kind of standard process.
However, once I arrived at the warehouse - I was informed that TV was sent to the store. So, I had to turn around and drive to the store to get my item.
I hope representatives from this company will do something about it.. Anyways, it's silly to think that they will or anyone will care. They still be selling their stuff regardless..
So, future customers - brace yourself! This can happen to anyone:) Good day/night to you all!

Great customer service
I dealt with a lovely girl in the bedding department genivive who helped me pick a mattress and went through all the details. Wen I ordered it later online I didn't get a confirmation email and Marcius another staff member was so kind and he rang me to confirm my order . Super efficient and helpful. Harvey Norman is my go to store as the staff in all departments are all so knowledgeable and helpful

Bought a phone online from Harvey…
Bought a phone online from Harvey Norman, but only the phone arrived and should have come with a wireless charger but the charger never came. We rang the store and they said they would look into it but they never rang back so I will be ringing again. So 1 star is what im giving and for terrible customer service and I won't be dealing with them again.

Security seal broken
Bought product to collect in store, security seal was broken on package and looked to be aftermarket film wrapped around it. Looks like package was either damaged or was a returned device, disappointing after paying so much money
