I sold my car to these guys via Carwow. Communication was great and payment was swift on collection there and then from home. They were great :)

We saw a used Volvo on line that we liked and contacted this company via the web. We got a prompt personal response. Spoke with Steven who was informative and helpful. Sent details of our car for part exchange, got a fair price and put a deposit down. We are in the north of Scotland and they arranged to meet us in Edinburgh. The comunication was good and straight forward. We arrived at the agreed point last night and exchanged cars. The Volvo was in pristine condition and we were delighted with the customer service and the car. Steven & Dan delivered the car to Edinburgh. Dan gave a very thorough tutorial of the car before we left to take it home. Steven supported us through the paperwork. The car looks so good the neighbours are talking about it :-). Everything started with Elliott regarding the immaculate XC90 I found on AutoTrader. When I arrived at HMC for the part exchange and test drive, everything turned out even better than I expected.

I met Van (the boss), who kindly helped me book an appointment with We Buy Any Car. To my surprise, I received a much better price for my car than I had expected. Thank you, Van! 💪

After that, Elliott took me on the test drive, and everything was excellent. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Once the deal was completed, we discovered that the locking wheel nut key was missing from the car. I went to Volvo to get the issue sorted, and Van covered all the costs without any hesitation.

Absolute joke of a company. Lovely bunch of people till you’ve bought your car.. 3 weeks later breaks are metal on metal but there 3 months warranty doesn’t cover it.. 3 months in house warranty what they pick and chose I’d swerve this company at all costs after care is none existent

Have purchased a car for my husband as a surprise. Eliiot and Van have made the process so easy . Helpful and honest to a fault ,being female with little knowledge of car buying , they explained everything clearly and carefully, no hard sell or offers of products not needed. Straight forward honest transaction, with good advice, they didn't make me feel like I was asking too many questions or a nuisance ,like several other places had with me being female. Van the owner was due to purchase my vehicle. On arranging inspection for collection. He decided to become aggressive and rude. I have never been spoken to this way by a car dealer. His tone towards women is agressive. I soon pulled out the sale before he could view my car. Not sure if this is a tactic to knock the price down and become a nasty bully. Looking at his other reviews are quite good due to his workers. After research you will notice a pattern when Van is mentioned, he is not a great character to do business with as he has a history of aggression. Due to evidence His now been reported. Ladies be aware and I hope this post is useful.

I had a good experience with HMC.Elliot who initially dealt with my enquiry, was very helpful and informative. When I collected the car (Volvo V60) I was given a test drive together with good instruction on the operation of the car's information and control functions. After a couple of days with the car I noticed a problem with the tailgate electronic opening and closing system had developed. Through a little research, I ascertained that the tailgate struts needed replacing. HMC covered the cost of new struts without any question and I've fitted them myself. So very happy with the sale transaction and their after service.

I just bought a 2023 bmw 4 series convertible from this co. I was 330 miles away from the dealership in south devon. We agreed for me to buy their car, and I sell them my car part ex, all over the phone and by what’s app. Lots of active engagement between us. Van the owner of the company was very helpful, straight forward and felt trustworthy. I trusted him enough to pay him by BACs in advance without seeing the car and one of his men drove it down to me in Devon, and collected my part ex. I was able to talk Van through the condition of my car enough for him to feel comfortable with the part ex. I would recommend them.
