Acceptance Guarantee? Useless When They Can’t Get It Right the First Time

This place’s "acceptance guarantee" for passport photos is nothing but a hollow promise. Sure, they claim they’ll keep taking photos until they get it right, but what good is that if you’re on a tight schedule? I provided the photographer in Klagenfurt with the official government guidelines to make sure the photos were correct, yet they still managed to botch it. My photos were rejected, leaving me scrambling to fix the issue before my passport appointment.

Even worse, their so-called guarantee doesn’t consider the practicalities. I had a 30-minute window for my appointment ... in Vienna! —hardly enough time to hunt down one of their other locations there to try again. And given my experience at this branch, who’s to say the others would do any better?

While I eventually got a refund, it came only after enduring rude and dismissive treatment from the staff. They acted as if their incompetence was somehow my fault. I had to demand to speak to the manager before I got an apology at all and my money back—but by then, the damage was done.

If you need passport photos that meet the standard the first time, save yourself the headache. Their "guarantee" isn’t worth the stress, and their service is downright abysmal.

Camera never arrived & NOT refund the money

I ordered a Canon G7X camera which cost 780€ in JANUARY 2024 until now JUNE 2024 I haven't received my camera, end of february I called customer service and just want my money back they said to wait for 2 weeks, and another 2 weeks, and until NOW nor the money or the camera has never arrived!!!!!! very dissapointing since it is a BIG company and customer service are VERY VERY bad which is NOT helpfull at all!!!!! DO NOT ever order anything from this company!!!!

Save your money

Horrible customer service. I ordered the camera that they claim is available instantly but then later it turned out that they did not have it and they didn't know when it would be available, but of course, they took my money and they did not care. I ended up refunding that purchase since they were not giving me any update for over a month when it was supposed to take 7 days. Also, customer service is horrible and rude, they will send you generic messages and lie to you.

Very good personal, perfect service

Very good shop. I had a specific situation. I wanted to buy DJI Mavic 3 Drone in Bratislava, but there was no such drones at all, so I decided to go to Wien and look for it. Unfortunately there were no shops with this drone avaliable and I started monitoring websites and found that there is 1 in the Hartlauer Shop. But the problem was, that the closure time was 18.00 and my train was late , so I was late a bit. I called to the shop, and the English speaking guy helped me, he told that they will wait for me. I was in the shop at 18.10 and they actually sold it to me. I was really happy, they helped me a lot
