Wouldnt even give 1 star for quality product
Bought the Ventomasta Combo Fly Rug with Waterproof Upper Section Blue around 2 weeks ago its coming apart at the seem and they say it's my fault not the inferior quality and refuse to replace or refund. Even send the response from a no reply email address!!!
Won't be buying anything again let's hope I never have to use the 3rd party gold membership insurance I have with them??? Will be cancelling that as well and go with someone reputable

Rugs from Harry Hall can leave you disappointed and out of pocket
I ordered a Masta rug 6ft 3 outdoor and received a Sheldon 100g 6ft 6 rug indoor on DPD next day delivery. I had the packaging collected by the Council so have no longer that but have email from DPD I offered this and also sent pictures of the sent wrong rug in its plastic case. I spoke to Tracey at Harry Hall and bearing in mind the fact this was the fifth rug ive bought from Harry Hall within the last six weeks spending between £260 to
£300 I dont expect to be told they don't stock this rug and they cannot guarantee another rug in replacement will be sent out today again on next day delivery. If this is how you look after good customers I am gobsmacked all for the cost of a £55 pound rug!!!!!!!!!! I was also told that it would need investigating and I requested a call from a manager which would happen but could be 24 hours. Again not very important on the customer service front!!!!!! I think their customer service should be called Harry Hall customer services for Harry Hall. I was also surprised that on a earlier call to speak to Tracey answered by a colleague called Donna she tried to sell me an insurance for horses. Surely this can't be something that is the norm when you are sorting out a complaint Why would I want to insure my horses with them when they only insure for accidents not any form of illness and once for any occurring problem for the 365 days of that year then that condition is exempt. Whenever you use their website all that keeps happening is the Horse insurance keeps popping up a bit too often for comfort. I have two Dutch warmbloods who I want better cover than what Harry Hall can supply.
I have just ordered another rug obviously not from Harry hall after the poor way I have been treated and the unhelpful attitude of the Team Leader Vicki when she phoned me after my request due to the very unhelpful attitude she then just confirmed my ordered rug would deffinitely not be sent tomorfow unbelievable more important to Harry Hall was finding out what DPD had done. Perhaps Harry Hall and their CEO Lisa Ripley need to start looking after their customers especially ones that have been previously loyal as without customers they wont have jobs and also their is alot of competion in the Retail Arena for horserugs After the shabby way I have been dealt with and no effort to solve my problem 4 days later I will never buy from Harry Hall again and ever buy anything from Harry Hall in the future and if you can't afford to be left out of pocket and don't have the money to buy a replacement dont place an order as their only interest is for them to sort out the error. Also for a 55 pound rug the investigation and the loss of a very good customer will surely be not cost effective on their part. Also by saying the calls are recorded by Tracey I am a lady of honest integrity as though what I was saying has been recorded!!!!! THheir customer service need to be properly trained to weigh up the costs involved and how to look after existing customers there are alot of rugs on the market and customers will not show their loyalty if treated appallingly.

Purchased a pair of riding tights expecting good quality from this well known make. Instead I got a pair with two clear manufacturing faults on them! After two lots of images sent and many conversations had, they deemed them to be, and I quote WITHIN THE TOLERANCE LEVEL FOR AN ECONOMY ITEM! I only wanted an exchange but I was told that I could return them for a refund and £4 would be deducted for postage! Why should I pay £4 to have a faulty item delivered to me...£4 to send them back and £4 to order another pair! I wasn't aware that Harry Hall sold economy items.... they certainly weren't advertised as that....just in the sale. Not impressed....I won't be shopping with them again. Looking through the previous reviews it seems the quality is not what's expected for a lot of people from this supposedly reputable brand!

Absolutely shocking quality and shocking after sales
I purchased the Ventomasta fly rug , I had it under 2 weeks and little holes started appearing all over it about 20 . My horse is in a field on his own with nothing that could cause these holes. No bushes or trees .
Harry Hall asked for photos , I sent these photos and they have said that the holes are due to external factors.
The quality is absolutely shocking , I had to chase them to respond to initial enquiry.
The rug is falling apart and they will do nothing .
I will never purchase from them again , I advise everyone else to do the same .
I had been pre warned about the awful aftercare service but still ordered.
£50 in the bin as the rug is useless
I have since purchased a fly rug from Swish and the quality is so much better than HH. There's no holes or any marks on the rug .

Products as described and shipped on time. It's just a shame that in this age if saving the planet HH shipped everything separately and in a huge amount of packaging

Prices were as they said they were and and extras to be added on were clearly in options
The only downside is the you don't actually get given an insurance policy printable version with your name on it , which I could have done with one for the yard owner

Update from my original review/complaint.
Passed boots on to a rated cobbler online, they kept them for a few weeks until they explored what the problem was, contacted manufacturer etc.
Problem seemed to be, that spine of the right boot was too narrow, solved it with a broader spine and the pain whilst wearing it was gone, thanks to “Original Cobblers Ltd” and especially to Pippa, who went above and beyond.
So, Harry Hall sold us a faulty pair of boots, they can point out that we were late in pointing this out, despite us explaining the circumstances why.
The boots were still brand new so that was proof that we were telling the truth about those circumstances. They can point out we had not returned the boots within the given time limit, but it doesn’t excuse there being no leeway given by themselves given that it was they “Harry Hall” who had sold us a faulty pair of boots. What does that say about their “Quality Control” obviously not working and showing that when you purchase boots from “Harry Hall” it’s pot luck that they’re not faulty, and it’s down to us “The Purchaser” to discover any faults !!!

Awfully made product and customer service…
Bought a base layer from them which after wearing it for an hour cut into my neck .. looking at it compared to my others it had no flap behind the zip making it unwearable unless undone. Contacted customer services twice.. told to fill out a returns form and say the zip was faulty (queried this as not the case but options limited and advised again to do this by customer services) Submitted the form as instructed with photos and explanation and received an email from returns dept saying zip wasn’t faulty so no refund and outside the 30days .. tried to explain again but same response.. no return. Awful product and customer service. Avoid!

5 star service all round!
I have had horse lorry insurance through HH for two vehicles and the staff are always most conscientious in their friendly endeavours to find very competitive quotes but without being pushy. again with horse insurances and one club member fracture club insurance. All going above and beyond and brilliant ambassadors for HH!

Aw ful, processed an order that wasn't placed,(I was researching for an elderly neighbour). Not only did they refuse to accept that I had not placed the order but charged me £5 to send it back. Be warned!

Nice boots but...
Nice boots, well packaged and arrived quickly. However the checkout system charged me twice! Fair enough, they did call me but said it would be a week or two before I got my money refunded!!! They're quick enough to take your money but not so great at refunding even when they admit a fault with their system. Not a very good first impression at all!
