hi after asking harry about my needs, his response was fast, i ordered the hyrd pro, i soon as i unwrapped it, sat on it i knew id made the right choice. new mattresses take time to get used too, not this one i slept very well, no aches, no pains, its so comfy, infact the last mattress i bought over 10 years ago cost more, you can tell the workmanship is second to none, thank you again harry respect

Great company, delived within the time frame by friendly team, (and I live in Scotland...) It was the first time I opened the matress out of its plastic and it did not overwhelm with chemical smells.
Sadly, because I have an injury to my abdomen and can only sleep in certains positions, I had to give it back. They were very easygoing and efficient, it really is not questions asked, and full refund. They are an excellent company true to their word.

I recently purchased a mattress from Harry Benmore and I am absolutely delighted with it. The quality is absolutely excellent, and the fact that it's hand-stitched really shows the craftsmanship. I've been having the best night's sleep I've had in a very long time, and I no longer ache in places where I used to. On top of all that, the customer service was unbelievable from beginning to end. I can highly recommend Harry and his mattresses to anyone; they're missing out if they don't give him a try!

I approached them for information on what might be the best mattress for me. They responded REALLY quickly over and over again as I raised more and more questions, were ABSOLUTELY honest to the point that they told me what would be the best mattress THEY could do for me but advising me that my requirements might be better suited from a different company, They recommended a different company but also said that, in my case, I might be best serviced by one from a traditional Mattress shop. I ended up buying from elsewhere but I have to say if anyone would be suited to one of their matresses I don't think you could get a more honest and responisve company.

I had a special sized mattress made and Harry was extremely helpful and accommodating. The mattress is very comfortable and well made.
What made a big difference with the ordering process was the extra help and assistance from Harry and Jane in the office as I had a complicated delivery and they were very helpful.

We’ve had the Hybrid Pro for two weeks now and are sleeping so well. Like many, we initially saw the advert on social media and didn't pay much attention. However, when we started actively looking for a new mattress, we found many pushy salespeople, confusing products with stats and numbers that didn’t mean much to us, and many that were very expensive compared to Harry's.
Harry gave us honest, good advice before, during, and after the purchase. We could not recommend him or the mattress more highly.

From our first enquiry, the advice we received was excellent. It is clear that Harry has that rare level of care for his customers. He took considerable care to ensure everything went perfectly, and we have a superb mattress as a result. No wonder his reputation is excellent (which is why we chose Harry in the first place). I would recommend without hesitation!

I arrived at the showroom and was greeted by Harry, he's an affable man that does not try and sell you a mattress he just listened to my requirements and advised me on the correct mattress for me, he didn't try and sell me the expensive mattresses he gave me the options on both that suited me and left the option to me so that was all great and it was all delivered with great communication and the delivery lads took care as they entered my home avoiding pictures and mirrors etc 5 stars all the way this is how buying everything should be.

Unfortunately the mattress developed a dip in a short period of time so I got in touch and Jane took the message and was very helpful as Harry was on holiday, as soon as Harry got back a new and upgraded mattress had been ordered and was delivered with no stress by the great delivery team and no extra costs, in this day and age companies don't do this not even when it comes to a new car over 90k, they sell and turn their backs and some how get away with it, not with Harry, it's a good old fashioned service that cares about the customer and to me that's worth it's weight in gold, I will definitely use Harry again and recommend him with confidence to my friends and family.

I recently bought a 6-foot alpaca zip and link mattress from Harry Benmore and I am absolutely delighted with it. Every single interaction with the company has been outstanding, from my first chat with Harry to the seamless delivery and disposal of my old mattress. The service was friendly, efficient, and professional throughout. Most importantly, the mattress itself is extremely comfortable and of excellent quality. I couldn’t recommend Harry Benmore more highly!

Well, what can I say!!! I have struggled for many months trying to get a good night's sleep on a "past it's sell by date" mattress! I have looked online at various brands/sellers, to no avail. One day, out of the blue, a post appeared on FB for Harry Benmore Mattress Maker, and the positive reviews were numerous! Over a couple of weeks I read the details of each mattress on sale, and contacted Harry on WhatsApp too. He was very quick to respond, asked me questions around my needs for a mattress, and then advised me on the one to buy for me. Harry was very knowledgeable and, refreshingly, was not the pushy salesman type of some of the large stores. There is a 100 day free trial period, and a 10 year guarantee, which is reassuring. I finally took the plunge and ordered the Hybrid Pro on 23/9. Ordering was hassle free. I do admit that, after I had ordered I wondered whether I had been caught in an online scam, and whether I would ever see my mattress! Not the case, on 3/10 I received a text notifying me that my mattress would be delivered on 7/10. On the day I was kept informed, and at 12:00 my mattress was delivered by two very friendly and efficient young men from BJS delivery services. The mattress was unwrapped and installed, and my old one was taken away, for a small extra charge. All done in 10 minutes!
I must say, that the mattress is very comfortable, and, last night, I had the best sleep for months!

Harry gave personal, friendly, great advice throughout the whole process of our purchase. Second to none customer service. Delivery was quick and even the delivery company was fab. We went for the regular Hybrid mattress and it is fantastic and so very comfy. It kind of hugs you. We would definitely recommend. Thank you Harry and team. Xx

The best decision we’ve made!

We had a king-size bed for about eight years, then decided to upgrade to a super king and started looking around. We tried a Simba mattress, but it was horrendous—far too hot and uncomfortable. Then we saw an advert for Harry and thought we’d give it a go. All I can say is, I wish we had found it sooner!

Honestly, it’s the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The mattress is cool and comfortable, and the whole process—from ordering to delivery—was super quick.

I cannot over state my gratitude to Harry and Harry Benmore Mattress Maker.
I live on a widebeam canal boat and extended my bed frame to accept a kingsize.
Unfortunately due the size of my bow doors and stern doors I was advised that I couldn't get a single mattress in ! No problem said Harry I can make it in two sections with a zip lock. I purchased a silk and cashmere mattress. I knew after 1 night how great the mattress was. The sleep temperature is perfect. I will also be investing in a new Alpaca Quilt when I have saved up. This is the best investment that I have made since moving into my home almost 3 years ago

I found Harry’s website by chance. I am so happy with my silk and cashmere matress. I slept for 8 hours on my first night. This matress is handcrafted and quality checked. Many many thanks to harrry Benmore and the team. The customer service was exceptional. Met Harry when I visited the studio to try the matress and was delivered within 10 days. We only have good things to say about our whole experience buying two Hybrid Pro mattresses from Harry Benmore, one for us and one for our daughter. We first tried various options out in his studio and Harry was extremely helpful, patient and informative. My daughter and I both have back issues and it was really important for us to get this right. We ended up with the firmer mattress which is actually more of a medium /firm feel.
We all love our mattresses and have slept so comfortably since day one.

We bought a Super Kingsize, Hybrid Luxe, firmer feel mattress. Looks brilliant and is supremely comfortable. Exceptional service beginning to end. Would recommend without hesitation. Free delivery to Scotland as well … magic.

We absolutely love the Hybrid Pro mattress with the firmer feel. The mattress is so comfortable and feels very natural. I wish i would have discovered Harry before I purchased an Origin Hybrid Pro, which doesn’t feel natural in comparison. The service has been fantastic from the initial conversations to post delivery. I only wish we would have bought another one instead of the Origin. Thank you ….
