We had a cheap ATK cylinder lock on our Rock main entrance door. This meant that we were locked out unable to enter with the key still in on the inside. We called up Ian from Harrogate Locks - he arrived with 20 minutes and attempted the hard plastic card trick through the side gap on the side to no avail (previously Ian had actually solved the problem that way) - No problem, Ian removed the mechanism and replaced with a solid lock and latch mechanism in very short time. A great service at a very reasonable rate - I know this because we had called another locksmith who wanted 85 quid just to turn up. Honest, professional and trustworthy - very chuffed
