I bought one of their bathroom cabinets but had a problem after trying to adjust the height of one of the shelves. I contacted them and the guy I contacted,Sam, was so helpful. He arranged to send out replacement shelf brackets immediately and the problem was resolved. Would not hesitate to recommend them on that basis alone.

Having installed hundreds of Scudo products supplied to my company by a local plumbers merchant for many years. Trying to get spare parts for simple things has proved to be a messy run around of late. Still zero results and a ridiculous apathetic response from these guys. So that’s it for me, no more Scudo or Harrison bathrooms products will be installed on my future high end bathrooms. Very disappointed.

This company have promised me a replacement hand basin to replace a faulty one installed a few months ago the company I bought from has now wrapped up and I was left to get intouch with the manufacturer ie Harrison, after some emails back and forth they have they have decided as a good will gesture to replace the cracked one so a thumbs up to them for coming to my aid 👍 .

Rang customer service today and spoke to callum regarding my bath screen seal and he kindly sent me a ordered a replacement seal. Callum was very polite courteous

Fantastic service from Sam. After a nightmare with a builder leaving our bathroom in a mess, they went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted.

I initially contacted customer services for advice as to where I could purchase replacement nozzles for my shower head. I was so surprised when they replied to say they would replace the shower head, with no charge! Jess and Callum were so helpful with making sure I received the correct shower head and were really helpful and very prompt with sorting it all. The replacement arrived the day after. Excellent service. Highly recommend. It's great to receive a brilliant service nowadays. Thank you!

I tried to exchange a unit we had ordered tin the incorrect colour. We had not opened the unit. It was 3 days outside of the 28 day period they allow. I offered to drive to Leeds to exchange it. The logistics department said NO. We have spent a number of ££££'s with this company!! Very Poor. I offered to pay a 30% re-stock fee as well. Disgraceful.

I had a 10 year old shower bar in need of spare parts and repair. Callum and Emma replied to my enquiry so quickly, gathered the information they needed and found the part for me straightaway. They were so helpful, honestly the best customer service possible!

My shower handles needed replacing and Harrison Bathrooms acted immediately to replace like for like despite the handles being of an older model.

I have been in touch with Harrison’s a few times over the last couple of years to do with spares for a shower we bought. The first time I got good support initially from Jess and the issue resolved by Jasmine. Most recently Sam gave good service by supplying information to help look at options before our plumber visits. Overall a nice responsive company to deal with.

Great service. No hassle spare sent out immediately no cost

I bought a bath shower screen two and a half years ago and recently approached Harrison Bathrooms for a replacement seal. After demanding proof of purchase they then stated that they no longer held spares for my screen! Discontinuing spares after less than three years is indefensible.
