My spouse and I have been living at the Harrington for about three months now, and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The building is perfectly located—right in the middle of everything—yet still feels comfortable and well cared for. The property is consistently clean and well maintained, which really makes a difference day to day.

The management team truly stands out. Rose, Alp, Husyar, and Superintendent Kadir are all incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about the residents. Living here has been a great experience, and we’re very happy to call the Harrington home.

Charming building in an outstanding location. Building is old but that adds to the appeal. Everything works and the staff is excellent. Been here 4 months and plan to stay longer. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

I leased a room in NYC managed by Fllat.com / Harrington Housing LLC / HHousing NYC LLC from 12/01/24 - 11/30/25. The apartment, though it appeared to be newly renovated, was falling apart, literary. The roof, ceiling, doors, and connecting rooms flooded regularly whenever it rained. Customer service is either a chatbot or someone based in an offshore customer service center. Management is elusive and avoidant. When asked about early move outs or attempting to receive your security deposit back, you will be given a laundry list of reasons why there's a delay in the return of your funds. Avoid at all costs. The company operating in all the major cities in the US and no matter what name they are currently going by, the MO is always the same. If you rent from them, they are going to scam you one way or another.

They charged my friend 2100 for a broken flex room

It was very easy to follow through the process of getting the appartement. Melodie was very nice and helpful. She took care of everything and handled it perfectly ! Alex was also very helpful !

Remarkable service and location. Alex and Michael helped me with everything that came up. Also the cleaning ladies were very kind.

Harrington Housing deserves ZERO rating! Reasons: 1)Poor customer service, 2)not telling the renter where their security deposit is held/how much interest earned, 3)broken laundry & other machines at units, 4)untrained personnel, & 5)refusal to refund tenant's security deposit

The location is great and the staff members are really helpful and supportive, especially Michael and Alex.

Stayed here in early September. Had a great stay. Micheal on the desk was very helpful. Anything I needed he catered to me. Room was clean. Staff checked in with me on the daily. Has a gym to use on site which is great. It’s centrally located so getting around was easy. Would highly recommend. Ask for Micheal when you do.

love living here. I also want to acknowledge Alex, our residence coordinator at 110 Wall because he's been very helpful and genuinely friendly since I moved in. Whether it’s handling issues or just being a welcoming presence, Alex goes above and beyond and it’s clear he cares about residents here which really makes a difference. I feel like I'm home.

Great location. Staff is amazing. And it’s a safe neighbourhood.

The accommodation is very nice.
The front desk is very nice and mainly Alex, he takes cares of the tenant in a very impressive way, is very responsive, nice and professional. You can always trust him If you need him

The Mansfield is a great environment to live in. It is well located and you get to meet a lot of internationals. I am very statisfied with my room and with the facilities of the building. Alex helped me to move in and find the room that suited me the best. Him and Michael are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I love Harrington Housing! My studio is awesome, and if anything needs fixing, Michael has it sorted within hours—totally unheard of for New York! Big shoutout to Alex, he's simply the best! Honest, kind, and super professional. My experience with Harrington Housing? A solid 10 out of 10!

I had a pleasant stay at the Seton hotel in New York!
I really appreciated that I got to look at the rooms beforehand through a video call. The rooms are exactly as pictured, the studio/ensuite bath and twin room/ensuite bath are spacious. Having an elevator in your building in New York was great.
I also got to meet some really nice people in the building.
The area is great too and has easy access to all the happening places.
The team was great, especially Alex who was always available on Whatsapp.

My stay was great! The staff if very nice and supportive, the place is in good conditions, and the location is amazing.
Alex from Harrington’s team did an amazing job to help me have a very smooth stay. Thanks everyone !
