Avoid this company. Trying to get a refund is a waste of time especislly since their refund policy is down to the buyer....turns out that despite pretending to be in the uk it is in fact in hong kong.....avoid avoid avoid

Purchased a dress which was poorly made and didn’t fit right at all - loose on top and tight in waist. Return policy is horrible. They wanted a photo of the dress sent to them before they would provide return instructions. Then since 30 days passed, denied any return! After countless communication emails, finally they said I could return it but it had to go to China, not the U.S. or Canada where they claimed to manufacture their clothes. So cost to ship was prohibitive. Only other option given was to donate the dress and get a 20 or 50% off coupon! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a pair of shoes that don’t fit and have no support. Very low quality. No returns allowed although their website says they are. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible company! Awful products, everything is AI generated. When the item comes there’s no sizing tag or anything. Complete fraud

This company is absolutely NOT in Canada. The product is NOT as shown, horrible quality. Don't even try to get a refund, not going to happen. Last left with them telling me I can keep the ugly dress (not even close to the photo) and they would give me a 15.00 credit (dress was 47.00) to buy something else.
Complete scam, don't buy anything from them.

They lie and completely tell tales about their refund policy. They are scammers and I made a file with my credit card and now they continue to say I didn't not send them photos or attempt to return the product when in fact I provided them with emails from the day I received the items that were completely smelling of chemicals.

I ordered 4 things and they were all inferior quality. Advertised as in Toronto but it turns out they are not. Returns were a hassle and only received a 50% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Harperandsage.com is a terrible scam company. I ordered two dresses for $140 and when they came I was shocked at how cheap and uncomfortable they were. I immediately went to return them, and thus the saga began. After two months of emails back and forth I still haven't gotten any money back. They said I had to pay shipping back to China, which I did - $80 to send two dresses back that were worth $140. It's been over 2 months now and the tracking number shows the package was refused by China customs and is being sent back to me so I will never get my refund and have spent over $220 on this now! And when I initiated the return they said they would give me a discount on ordering another product from them plus I would have to pay shipping, but no refund. I protested and they then offered to give me just 25% of my money back without me returning it. I figured shipping it back would get me a bit more back, but now I think it's all pointless. NEVER order from them again!! This is the worst company I have ever ordered from - I am used to companies that actually honor their return policies and give money back!

DO NOT BUY! They are a joke, the photos on their website do not match the products. I asked for a refund & she requested I send photos of what I received? I am fighting with them now for a refund. The blouse was supposed to be "Vintage" & it looked like a Rodeo shirt, the other blouse I ordered was completely see through. I should have read the reviews first. Bad me....

If there was a no Start option, I would have chosen that. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! The poor quality sandals I ordered fell apart almost immediately. The retail add said they were orthotic and good quality. $60 for pieces of crap and misleading sales tactics. Do not buy anything from this site.

Total scam. Shoes are not the quality portrayed in the pics. Size is not correct. Tried to return and get a refund. I have to send the shoes back to Asia at my cost approx. $30 lol... and will get a $17 refund after paying $54 for them. Nothing is from Canada! Buyer be ware!!!!!

I was very unsatisfied with the shoes I bought. They were not at all the quality that the picture portrays. Apparently the items all come from Asia and not at all from Canada. No way will they accommodate a return or a refund. I actually wanted to cancel my order within the first 12 hours of placing the order but was denied. I really tried working with them but because they work with a third party and really have no idea what the product actually looks like. Now looking at other reviews I would highly recommend not ordering from this site. It advertises as a Toronto company but nothing comes from Canada.

Terrible quality shoes . Customer service is only automated. Cannot get a refund. Automation keeps telling me to send a picture of the item I am not happy with.

Terrible company

Recently received a blue denim blazer and feel very disappointed. Like others, I was led to believe that the order (#15774) was being shipped from Canada and not China. This makes the return policy prohibitive since there is postage to China and taxes to pay. The quality is poor and the sizing is so out of line that the jacket will not fit a size 10 even though I ordered an XL. I will never order from this company again and make sure that my many friends are alerted to this poor excuse for a online sales company. Shame on you for doing business this way.

Don't buy from this company. They are a scam. Their clothing are cheaply made. They will not accept returns. Stay away from them

I tried to cancel my order, within 4 minutes of placing it, I was told it was already shipped ...... Impossible they told me to wait til I receive the order and I can send it back for a full refund, turns out you have to ship it back to China, then they try to offer a refund of 25% for their cheap garbage they make it look like nice quality on their web page...... it literally cheap garbage I would NOT t even donate it, I ve neverbeen so disgusted didn't even take it out of the pkg, If they don't refund I will do a charge back on my card, I am filing a complaint to instagram and facebook, they have numerous webpages from toronto, Montreal Vancouver clearly scam artists and to offer 25% of yur purchase instead of returning is clearly fraud. STAY AWAY from Harper an Sage, Mooze, Muze all scams

Disgusting that they promote their products as high quality. The picture of the sandals I purchased looked so nice on their website. I should have known it was coming from China when it took almost 2 weeks to arrive when I live in the same province. The sandals at the dollar store look better than their products 😡

I recently spent 154.00 in what is advertised as a Canadian store. This store is a scam the product is so below acceptable and returns seem almost impossible. I’ve been emailing back and forth. I don’t think I’ll ever see a penny of return. A TOTAL SCAM
