I still have not received the linen shirts I ordered. The last report I got was the second week of February saying they were on their way. I am going to contact my credit card company and report them.
don’t buy from these guys it’s a scam shoes are nothing like the photo no red leather sole no metal toe cap and they are not leather cheap plastic
Counterfeit and rebranded poor quality dupes with no labeling or packaging. No tracking 4-6 to deliver garbage direct from China. Located in the UK so return shipping is costly. They operate under various website that all look identical.
Honestly very disapointed . Ibtried to buy shoes for gifts and after 14 days i wrote them to cancel my order. No order received. No refund not tracking information at all. Worst than all of this the reply to me “claryfiying “ that under their opinion they will no refund my Money back. Clear and simply . Go to a real store to buy anything. These people are a shame
Scam !! Ordered mens xxl shirts (my normal size is xl but I ordered one size up to be safe). Shirts came. Might fit a 13 year kid. No response to emails. Do not buy anything from them
The site boast high quality leather and labor. Is all made in China w plastic materials . No leather involved , good for one time use . Don't buy .
Harper Heights IS A BIG SCAM, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
THIS WHOLE COMPANY and THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM: What you see on their website is definitely NOT what you get!
I ordered the two pairs of 'luxury brogues', what arrived was two pairs of s*it plastic shoes, wrapped up like a cheap parcel, no boxes, just bubble wrap! (if I could post pictures of what I received compared to what they advertise it would blow your mind!)
The shoes are the cheapest looking shoes, no red soles, no metal tips, no superior leather upper, they are plastic, not leather, smell of leather (it's a spray they use), I ordered 8 1/2, they sent size 8.
No superior quality, in fact, you could buy these from the cheapest shoe stores for about $20 a pair, I paid $166! It's no wonder they don't give a physical address, I have no doubts they would have a lot of visitors knocking at their door!
They now want me to pay for the return, cost approx $75, and due to their dishonest business dealings, there would be no guarantee of a refund, another reason they will only accept credit cards and not paypal where it would be easy to get a refund!
How so called companies are allowed to operate in this way is beyond me!
AVOID THIS SO CALLED COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

UPDATE: I rang the phone number on their website, it's disconnected of course, so I emailed and asked for another number and a physical address, they said they don't have a phone number any longer, and the addresses on their website and the other sent to me are both PO box addresses.

I paid for Harper shoe on 24th Nov25 and till date i haven't got my shoe
Ordered 2 linen shirts. Received. Quality and fit are unfortunately typically chinese. Short in body, dont expect to last long
At least they arrived.
Absolutely Crap. They are a fraud company.
Unfortunately, bought a pair of shoes 6 weeks ago, never received, got plenty of emails shipped, out for delivery, delivered. Never Happened, Scam, scam, scam.
Waste of time, money and efforts.
I can only confirm what most users are writing here: The very elegant "Oxford Royal Brogue" shoes I ordered are in fact nothing but industrial cheap rubbish. And even though they claimed to be my size, no way to get my feet in them. I'll never ever order anything from this company.
I ordered a pair of shoes that only showed on the move. I have little to no confidence that it will ever arrive. Scam is a nice word to describe the experience.
Additional review:
I received the shoes, wrapped like garbage, and totally different item that what was advertised. No leather shoes, only super cheap rubber. Their reply? It is because of the light in the photo.
I bought the Kyoto Linen shirt in Navy, and am quite pleased with the shirt. I'm wearing it now.
It took a few days to arrive: ordered October 4th, arrived October 19th, but got email updates with status (plus links to tracking site). But they tell you that it can take up to 10 business days.
One confusion: the shirt itself comes with an XL tag, but the outside packaging showed M (which is what I ordered).
Regardless, it fits well, although the sleeves are a little long. I will probably have them altered.
I really like this shirt (plus, got 10% off when I ordered, which was nice).
★☆☆☆☆ BUYER BEWARE – Harper Heights Apparel
I ordered what were advertised as luxury black leather shoes with red bottoms (size 12) for $69. The pictures looked sharp, so I took the plunge.
Two weeks later, the shoes arrived — not in a shoebox, but stuffed into a plastic bag. That was the first red flag. When I tried them on, they didn’t even come close to fitting. The sizing was off by about two full sizes.
I contacted Harper Heights for a refund. Their response? They don’t cover return shipping. If I wanted my money back, I had to ship them to the UK at my own cost — about $50 at the post office. That means even if I returned them, I’d lose most of my money with no guarantee I’d actually get a refund.
As a senior, I’m not about to ruin my feet forcing myself into shoes that don’t fit. Instead, I’m stuck with a pair of useless shoes and $69 gone. The whole experience feels like a scam wrapped in “luxury branding.”
Bottom line: Their products are cheap knockoffs dressed up to look high-end. Their customer service is classless, and the return policy makes it nearly impossible to get your money back. Don’t make the same mistake I did — spend your money with a reputable company.
Harper Heights is marketing quality leather jackets but ships you cheap plastic ones. The jacket I ordered is not even close to the one on the website. The zippered pockets are on different angles from the website, there are no elbow patches, there is no button on the neck and there are no buckles on the back at the bottom
Harper Heights is a scam. (the website is very slick)
The company claims to have a location is Dover, but the address is on closer examination a local car MOT center, the two pair of Oxford Royal Brogue's I ordered, where shipped out of China and when they arrived, not made of luxurious leather with a signature red leather sol and metal toe cap, but rather smelly rubber. the phone number listed is out of service..,, hopefully Paypal will help resolve this situation

Got properly scammed buying the "Soldier Garden gnomes 2+1" package. Received them today and they measure roughly 2" in size. Looking at the pictures, they do look full-size but are the size of Happy Meal toys irl.
