Paul Harling parks in fire lanes and zones

Paul Harling from Harling Tours in Vancouver abusing Fire Lane Parking thinks its fine to park and stop at fire zones in vancouver. He said you can use a fire lane as waiting zone... He also stated that he is skeptical fire lanes are really that important, I suspect many fire lanes are fake. I wouldn't support this mans business as he is an abuser of the parking system and a disgrace to the first responders as he lacks respect for us.He uses his privilege to park in zones not allowed..
