I m a customer past 5 years,
I had a very bad experience in Harley clinic, I went to see Dr. Ram today to do my diabetes check up.
The staff are do horrible. they dosnt care about customers ,
we are only 2. I told that nurse I m diabetic , I need to drink and eat, can you take my blood and go for approval.
she said why dr called you today. he supposed to not to tell u to come. I was so surprised , I need to check my sugar .it almost 2 months . I. from barsha .dr. called me today .
then all r in mobile no mother to.xheck patients who waiting for treatments.
Reception is using headphone and talking someone. phone are ringing.
they should not use mobile whike working hours.
So moor one of the best clinic. all nurses are talking about bad for doctors.
please take serious action.
staff you have trained them properly how to speak to customers.
see all of your review is bad. can someone call me 0547653605 immediately or I will give police complaint about your Clinic. it 5 times they treated me badly. I went back I didnt fo sny treatment.
after that I went to Al noor clinic, they treat me very nicely.
you should give proper training for your staff.
