I've ordered a few items from them and they are fantastic. The last order I've placed, it was a issue with the item being out of stock and without charging me or canceling my order they offered to upgrade it for no extra charge. That's what I call great customer service. And the quality of everything I ordered is top notch. I definitely will be ordering more from them in the future.

The prices are the best and I get quality jewelry. I even purchased jewelry for my kids. I love my moissanite earrings they look just like diamonds they pass like diamonds and The quality of superb I will never go to another jewelry company again as long as they’re in business so if you want quality jewelry at an amazing price, I would definitely recommend this company and I usually don’t do reviews so this is the first, but I just had to express my gratitude and my experience with this company.

The quality of the products I have ordered range from gold plated chains, silver chains, to stone encrusted bracelets and necklaces. HB is my new go to for all my jewelry needs, considering the price of gold is through the roof, it’s affordable, beautiful and a higher standard of affordable men and women’s jewelry. I waited almost a month for a handmade 999 16mm Miami Cuban link bracelet and when I opened the package I was taken aback by the beautiful luster, shine and weight; and quality of each and every link. I will not buy 925 or 950 silver anymore, just pure silver from now on from Harlem Bling!

I ordered a silver hamsa pendant from HarlemBling. It’s a beautiful Italian made piece made of sterling silver and studded with moissanite along the edges. Great quality, I recently bought a 8mm and 14mm hand made Cuban from them. Measured the 14 one and it was actually 15mm in fact. Too heavy for me so I gave it to my dad as a Father’s Day gift, he hasn’t taken it off since. Thank you for your amazing work 👍

I would advise not ordering from this company. I purchased an item that turned my skin green within 2.5 weeks. The company refused to refund my money although their website claims that jewelry can be submerged in water. I have purchased other plated jewelry from other companies such as A___n with no issue. The quality of this company's jewelry is terrible.

I take back everything I said, this company doesn't care about their customers I've been waiting a full week+ for my piece and all they have done within that time is drive down the road 15 minutes to finally try and sent my shi. My shi is on now but i have to wait another 5 days, so that's 12 days when they have 1-2 day delivery guaranteed, that shi was 50$ jus for shipping, this shi is ridiculous and DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED WITH THE FACT THEY WONT ANSWER THERE GMAIL ITS INSANE HOW THIS ''BUISSNES'' IS RAN , ts just needs to be shut down they dont care about their customers at all

Dont be fooled, they have terrible customer service and no quality control. All there Jewelry fades or breaks. But I guess you get what you pay for

Waiting for product since last one month and now they are not responding to my emails. It’s seems that my money is taken without delivery of the product.

Tried to connect many times but no response. By at your own risk invest the money which you can forget.

I bought seven stainless steel chains and a bracelet about 4 months ago. I am very happy with my purchases. These are hands down the nicest stainless pieces I have ever owned. I use a hypersonic jewelry cleaner on them and they come out gleaming. I plan on ordering more soon as well. Im in medical school right now so I cannot afford to upgrade to silver, but when the time comes, Harlem Bling is going to have my business. I really can't say enough good things about this company, and I've never even met anyone employed there!

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND JEWLERY IS TRASH MY PENDANT BROKE RIGHT WHEN I PUT IT ON THE CHAIN. I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET MY MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMERS BEWARE.

Literally, its up to you if you think my review is fake or not lol. This place is literally so bad...not only did the vermeil gold earrings faded after 10 days they refused to do anything about it only after emailing me back after 2 weeks and sending them 100 emails. They claim their items dont fade even in water...the earrings never touched water so why would they fade after 10 days?!?!!? Other customers have similiar issues so dont believe everything they show you on youtube lol fake reviews. Now, this is my fault but i ordered another tennis bracelet and let me tell you im not even mad because its my own fault for ordering again..i never seen moissanite so cloudy and terribly set...$200 for sterling silver and cloudy moissanite that is so foul well i emailed for a return/refund the very next day and no answer still its been a week...stay away or its on you if you order from here. All the reviews they got are super fake.

The shipping process in this company is absolutely trash… how they take 10 days to ship from nj to Pennsylvania! It would have been faster for them to walk it over here at this point because 10 days to ship from somewhere that is maybe 2 hours at most driving distance is crazy work! Never again will I order from this company … my patience won’t allow it!

Harlem bling’s sheer quality is what I love about the company the most, obviously besides the amazing prices on silver, gold and really anything else you can find on their website. Extremely trustworthy, I have a least 4 friends and 5 including me who all purchase HB and are extremely satisfied with everything they’ve received, I have ordered around 6 pieces now and not one has let me down, all good quality, all made with love and every stone set by hand in italy, which you can really tell, If you’re going to buy any jewelry I recommend HB, but especially if you’re buying Moissanite. But quality was great arrived in a Harlem bling leather jewelry box unlike others send stuff in bags and other unprofessional ways I have plans to buy this paycheck coming up so (((Harlem Bling))) keep your head up don't let other companies aka ( HATERS ) bother you they just mad cause you are moving up
