Fake pictures. Cheap material & poor quality.

The pictures on their website and on Facebook do not represent the actual products. I ordered a vest, shirt an a pair of shoes and they are the worst quality and cheap material I have ever seen in my life. I believe Walmart has better clothes and shoes than this company. I also blame Facebook because they let these companies advertise like they are good, legit stores. They are a fraud. I asked for a refund and they instead offered a 15% off, but after 3 weeks they still haven’t credited my PayPal account.

After 5 months of ordering

After 5 months of ordering, I'm still without my money as my order. I keep sending them an email, and keep asking for the provided info, order number, transaction number, they're phony! DO NO ORDER STUFF OUT OF YOU INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT!

Harlandco is a complete scam

Yes indeed, all the testimonials here are correct. Harlandco scammed me into buying a sweater that looked good on their sight. It arrived months later, nowhere near the quality suggested by the pics, although the pattern was close. Cheap nylon baby blanket material substituted for heavy cotton. I paid $35 for a $3 item. The item comes complete with a detailed gauntlet of instructions for return which would discourage anyone. On complaint I was given an even more daunting set of instructions and an offer of a 15% refund if not returned. Further complaints resulted in an "offer" of 35% refund but that it would "some time" to come. I accepted this have seen no sign of the money nor expect to see it. A complete scam albeit quite elaborate. Din't get fooled!

Garbage

Garbage. Item isn’t what I ordered. I ordered a men’s sweater and the tag says MISSLOOK. It’s thin and cheap. They are basically making me jump through hoops to get a refund. You pay shipping to China up front. Another review said they never received a refund. I will never buy another item off Facebook.

Never buy anything from HARLANDCO

Never buy anything from any company on Facebook especially Harlandco. The pictures on the ads are not what you will get and THEY DON'T REFUND YOU.

Put in a case with your bank for a refund.

Proceed At Your Own Risk

I saw this site advertised on Facebook, and like a complete idiot I ordered without fully investigating the company. Harlandco presents itself as a North American fashion aggregator but in fact it operates out of Hong Kong and sells items that it doesn't actually stock. Nothing happened with my order for two weeks. I emailed customer service, which was responsive but evasive. I was told by "CoCo" to "please wait" and that was about it. I waited and still nothing, so I wrote again. This time, "Renee" told me that Harlandco had no actual inventory on hand, nor did she know when inventory would arrive, so please wait or cancel my order. I cancelled. It remains to be seen if I get a full refund, a partial refund, or any refund at all.

UPDATE: "Renee" never cancelled my order or refunded my money. The item I ordered hasn't shipped, more than one month after I made my purchase. I plan to file for a chargeback and be done with it.
