Rude employee
I tried to buy the star mix at the outlet in Ashford and my card got declined because I'd entered my pin wrong. The woman on the till kept shouting at me because I couldn't get my card to work. She became increasingly frustrated and told me I had to redo the whole thing. In the end I didn't get anything and I just wanted to get out of there all together. Will not be returning.
Be careful at haribo
I used to work at haribo and I reported a forklift driver for almost hitting me and got terminated the next day so just be careful when you work there. I guess you can’t report forklift drivers when you feel unsafe because you will get terminated the next day sadly
Extremely poor customer service …
Wrote to Haribo to complain about finding the product to be disappointing. Instead of compensation they took the time to inform me how they manufacture over 600 million HARIBO bags in the variety pack I purchased. The pack was not a variety but had the sweet not so sweet strawberries. It's a shame that they do not value the customer. It's a shame and absolutely disgusting that they would rather boast about themselves rather than retain my custom.
Black bits in my Coca Cola bottle
My Haribo , happy cola hot block pets in the little later bit than when I opened it like pulled apart it was some kind of dust. Ew
You cannot beat Haribo gummies
You cannot beat Haribo gummies! The new “limited” editions of single flavors in one bag is so wonderful. I also found bag with just 2 of the best flavors together. Why does this have to be limited??? I would love to see this from now on! Great idea! I will still buy the mixed bags but there could be less orange and yellow maybe. Haribo will always be my favorite! Others try to imitate and they don’t even come close!
Shit sweets
Too many orange dinosaurs in the bag could do a bit of a mixture and too many cherries get your life together
Like I like cherries I like cherries Bosch too many is too many
Haribo you could do better!!!!!
Found out today that Haribo staff do not give Staff discount!! As an employer of a small much less profitable company.... who makes no profit at all from my employee's i think this is outrageous!!!!
Absolutely loved these sweets and in…
Absolutely loved these sweets and in particular "Tangfastics" . I buy them every week and until recently they've been perfect . They don't make me talk with a kid voice but I loved them . However, the last bag there was something clearly wrong with them , they tasted unusual and were like chewing the toughest boot leather. As it was unusual I sent a quick message to customer services with a picture of the bag etc .. the bag was intact when I bought them . They are not cheap and as I was disappointed I thought I'd write . The response was as though A.I had been given the job . No offer of the paltry refund , which I can live with and told the shop could have stored them wrongly . That'll do for you as our response so goodbye ! ( That's how it felt ) . I wasn't happy so sent my email and there response to their CEO to set if this is the company policy to just be short and dismissive!
Surprise, surprise , heard nothing .
I'll forget it but have bought my last bag .
Unethical. Lying to customers.
They removed the word pork from the ingredients with regards to the type of gelatin.
Intentionally being vague about the type of gelatin.
Prioritizing profits over transparency and honesty.
They are intentionally and strategically withholding this information as they have come to learn the obvious - people don’t want crushed up animal bodies in their sweets. As public awareness grows, about the disgusting origin of gelatin, their damage control strategy is now - don’t change anything, just lie instead. Duping the consumer is their new strategy, by being as vague as possible. Just lie, basically.
Not buying again until it’s clearly marked “no gelatin”
one gummy in a pack was already bitten
one gummy in a pack was already bitten, reported it to customer service but they didn't believe despite sending different photos twice, disgusting
Waste of money
Absolutely no variety in the Halloween packs, all packets the same mix, customer service couldn’t care less
Haribo Gummi Candy is way too hard.It is not a good gummy bear at all compared to others gummi bear candy. It is like chewing on a piece of rubber with sugar.
The Gummi Candies are not palatable at all
Not to sweet customer care
Share bag in which one packet had only two sweets. Rubbish response from customer care.
The commercial is so annoying
The commercial is so annoying. Whomever thought it was a good idea to have grown adults talking like children should be fired. The product it's self is flavorless, over chewy and just disgusting . But the commercial has annoyed me so much that I won't even buy this product and infact I flipp off their bags and commercial everytime I see it...
Haribo's gummy candies are classics
Haribo's gummy candies are classics, but I’ve noticed some of the flavors seem a bit sweeter than they used to be. Still the best gummies that you can get out there
Yuck
Just purchased 2 bags of double jelly babies ..they are revolting worst flavours ever …I spat them out 🤮 made me feel sick ..so the second bag is going in the bin …!!! Very disappointing!
Haribo Berries
I have always loved gummy candies and I do not know I had not tried Haribo berries until now! To share a little secret, they help me calm the child down when he is not listening. I set conditions and if he meets them he gets another candy. It works wonders, I suggest you give a try. Apparently, they are his favorite too
Nice I just bought haribo for the first…
